What needs to be invented that hasn’t been yet?

We need car radio that we can pause. There was a quiz on the radio earlier and I waited ages for the answer but eventually had to go to a meeting. I wish I could pause it and start where I’d turned the engine off. Same as a rewind for when you start the car at the end of a song you love.

What else needs to be invented?

A washing machine that sounds an alarm if you stick anything into the drum that has a tissue in the pocket

Something that picks a film for you and your partner to watch on a Friday night that both of you will enjoy.

Not at all, I remember the packet, and they were way bigger than Tictacs!
I think ideally you had to start taking them 2-3 days before your holiday, and then keep taking them during it.They didn’t stop burning completely, but I think increased melanin production.

Know what you mean about pausing the car radio OP.
If it's a BBC channel, I switch my car media settings to Bluetooth and listen to the show on BBC Sounds.
You can pause or rewind live to the start of any show that's currently on.

I can't for the life of me reach my own hair roots to colour them, so I would love an invention that just colours your roots. Some sort of pod that you sit under 👱

We have them where I work , we can use fingerprint or retina along side a pass card .
When they work they are great but when they glitch they are a pain in the arse ( or eye )

I see women's safety panic alarms, where if you press a button on them, they make a loud noise.

I meant a womans panic button on a bracelet, where if you press it, it immediately calls 999 for you.

My elderly mum has a panic button, where if she falls , she presses the button on her bracelet, and it instantly gets an ambulance to come out to her house, without her even having to speak to them.

I don't think a panic button exists for women's safety where if you press the button on yout bracelet it calls 999 for you and gives them your location, without you having to even talk to them.

But maybe it does and I haven't seen it. If anyone's seen it sure you can let me know

I don't like that I have to carry around my very large heavy breasts, that have no use. And I also don't see the need to have a period every single month.

I'd just like food that's in packets e.g. ham or cheese etc that after you've opened it, will easily reseal. Instead of having to cover it in clingfilm or put it in a plastic bag or tinfoil to stop it going off in the fridge. Surely it can't be that hard?

When DC was a baby I always wanted a drive through grocery store. So I could drive to pick up milk, bread, daily essentials without having to get out of the car. They do it for food so why not for groceries.

Wireless electricity. No more wires trailing about. No more wondering why I paid to have loads of sockets and still don't have one where I want to have a lamp.
Self cleaning car. I don't mind washing the exterior but the interior is another matter.
