Dh changes around full moon

I realise this may sound crazy, but I’ve noticed a change in Dh just before a full moon…no he doesn’t change into a wolf 😁
In all seriousness though, he becomes different, quite angry and mean and a bit out of it really

Yep! I saw the the full moon earlier and thought, yeah, that explains a few things!!

He's probably the same at other times too, but if you believe it's due to a full moon, you're probably looking for it.

Unless he's absolutely wonderful at all other times?

I once worked on reception at a hotel. Could always tell it was full moon without looking out of the window based on the guests

My job involves dealing with people constantly. I’m not into “woo” stuff but the craziness definitely comes out in force at full moon time. It’s like people are itching for arguments over minor things.

Apparently there's a theory that the moon effects water (oceans etc) and as we're mainly water it effects us to varying degrees.

Hmm. I laughed at the title but then just thought about it and DH has been an arse tonight.

Surely because it's a lot lighter. Me and DH went outside to look at the moon earlier and it is super duper bright tonight. Making all the starts twinkle!

when I had a public facing role, I could tell it was full moon on account of customer behaviour.

The word luna is about the moon, and the term lunatic is derived from that.
Stands to reason that things can end up a bit spicy when there is a full moon.

Yep. Ask anyone who works in a bar, the police, NHS etc and they'll tell you when a full moon hits before they know there is one.

A radio 4 prog some years ago was citing evidence by observation that people (in general) change. More babies born, I think. More police cells occupied. That's why people with mental health issues were classed as 'lunatic' (lunar=moon).

My son has autism and he starts acting manically when there’s a full moon. Happy, but bonkers.

Did I imagine reading something about crime rates going up during a full moon?
It's probably easier to burgle without being seen when the moon isn't full.
