I looked and couldn't see a thread for this year.

So Fat Bear Week is nearly upon us again. Yay! I can't believe it's been a whole year already!

Voting for the Fat Bear Juniors starts today then the real Heavyweight voting gets going on October 2nd.

Because it is in US Pacific time, UK voters should be able to vote in the Juniors from 5pm today.

YANBU. No Otis or Holly so far this year. 😣I think Otis has gone to the great beyond. Im missing Holly, my fat queen of 2019.

I am very excited about FBW - the whole family are deeply invested in the outcome! I voted for Holly last year but Grazer was a worth winner.

It won't be the same without Holly and Otis - let's hope Otis isn't feasting on celestial salmon and does make an appearance Fangisnotacoward

747 wasn't seen at Brooks River in September this year, so it's unlikely that we'll include him in Fat Bear Week.

I love fat bear week!! Found out about this last year through MN and began following 😅

I'm on a FB group, people have been watching the cameras and looking for updates if anyone spotted them on the cams, but no one has, sadly. There are apparently other fishing spots, where they have perhaps gone for this year(hopefully). But they've not been seen at the falls last time I checked if anyone had seen them.
