Has anyone signed up for the Coldplay presale? This is for the dates that they are playing next year in Wembley and Hull.

I think that we are supposed to get an email about it tomorrow

Wow I feel so lucky. I joined the waiting room at 8.35 and at 09.00 I was 870 in the queue for 27th Wembley. Got my 2 tickets within 8 mins!

Last year I tried though and my screen froze so I had to refresh and then it chucked me to the back of the queue so I know how it feels to lose out.

I feel they now compensated me.

DH has been queuing all morning on his phone. I was chucked out as a bot on my desktop - so frustrating as I buy tickets for other events all the time, including on Ticketmaster?!

I am now queuing for 4th Sept on my phone, but I'm currently 23000 so probably not a big chance as people can buy up to 6 tickets. I only want 2!

Genuinely interested if normal people sign in and get told '3 in the queue ahead of you'. Does that ever happen?

I really think they need to bring in a ballot system like Wimbledon. Choose your date and your maximum spend and how many seats and then have a lottery.

£679.25 for 6 standing tickets. I was really lucky! Got mine on my mobile only 2500 ish in queue all done and dusted by 9.20am

No i just tried on my laptop for the same date that I tried before on my phone, and it put me to the back of the queue.

I am down to 6144 for 04/09.

I got a pre-sale code for Hull, queued all morning, got through and then it said the tickets won't actually be on sale until 6pm??! Very confusing.

After the Oasis fiasco, I've lost trust with Ticketmaster. They identified me as a bot but clearly can't identify the real bots judging by the amount of tickets going up for sale on alternative sites. It's really frustrating to say the least!!

Hull sold out very very early this morning. It’s the postcode tickets on sale tonight at 6.

I want to know what their criteria is for calling us a bot.

I honestly couldn't cry with frustration. How can they just kick us out for being a bot, after three hours queueing.

Is that fair consumer practice?

On a different device?

When I went in to login to a different device It only gave me two options , it said :

"You are trying to log into a different device, you can either go back to your original device, or you can join the back of the queue on this device"

Reached the front of the queue and it's just waiting at let's go! Should I just wait there or do anything?

Its not moved for a while for the 3rd September. I reckon it'll throw me off soon, getting that kind of vibe.
