Has anyone else got the email being invited to the ballot for the new dates?

Why do you need another 4 when you have 6 already? It's no wonder so many people are missing out.

The moral thing to do would be to leave the ballot places for those it is intended for - those who did not get tickets.

The number of people who haven't remotely done the moral thing when it's come to Oasis tickets makes me laugh.

I have much less issue with fans going to multiple dates - precisely because they are fans - than people trying to fleece fans by selling at inflated prices.

Target them before the actual fans willing to step thousands.

It’s like some sort of mass hysteria Fomo .. one of them can’t sing anymore (not that he could sing much in the first place), the other is “dialling it in” to pay for his divorce.

Mentioning morals given the price of the tickets and the contempt with which Oasis seem to have for their fans, is a bit rich!

I can’t believe anyone would even pay a fiver to go see those 2 knobheads…

We have donated all but 2 (saved 2 for ourselves) to a home for adults with special needs/disabilities, hopefully able to donate another 4 tickets to them so that more can go! Fingers crossed

Only been 14hrs since the ballot entry deadline – I'd give it a minute!

I thought donating tickets wasn't allowed. You'd better check that!

Given they dont close the ballot until Friday why will they send out codes before then?

It's supposed to be fair in terms of anyone who applies gets an equal chance. How can they do that if they start saying people are successful before the ballot closes?

It would otherwise give people who replied quickest most chance of winning the ballot!!! Thus defeating much of the point.

Entry for the ballot closed midnight on Sunday. Everyone who could have entered has now been entered, so having a code sooner or later makes no difference. The understanding is (various news sources, though nothing confirmed) is that the ticket sales may be done in waves, so people may receive codes at different times, depending on what waves they are allocated to. Or people may receive their codes at various points during this week for one ticket sale which will open after all the codes given out. The former is how Taylor Swift operated.

Maybe someone should start a thread for 'no I have not received a code yet' messages.
Not having a code at this stage is not really newsworthy (I understand we can write whatever we want on MN).
Receiving a code would be worth mentioning, or voicing disappointment after 9pm on Friday.

I suppose we'll just have to roll with it.

I'd demand a whole Oasis section but it's actually funnier to have multiple Oasis threads cos they make so many people implode.
