Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

Sourdough toast with tofu spread, jalapeños and cucumber

bai buns with tofu and aubergine, two veg gyoza and Asian slaw

3 slices of pizza

an orange, a tangerine and some olives

Breakfast - All Bran and banana
Lunch - Crumpets and Marmite
Dinner - Broccoli and Cheddar soup with ham and spinach roll
Snacks - small bowl crisps ( have to pour small amounts in bowl or get carried away...) and 2 shortbread biscuits

D - home-made cottage pie, mixed veg

Snacks - an apple

Breakfast - smoked cheddar on one piece of buttered brown toast and black coffee.

Mid morning - flat white.

Lunch - houmous and turkey on rye sourdough, tomatoes, beetroot, grapes and a decaf black coffee.

Snack - Baby Bel Light, blackberries, a few chocolate almonds and a decaf tea.

Dinner - margherita pizza topped with mushroom and sundried tomatoes and water.

D - pea and ham soup
S - ice lolly

1.5 l sparkling water
2 decaf earl grey tea

Brunch was a chaffle with duck and orange pate, cherry vine tomatoes and a pint of tea.

Dinner was another chaffle with hummus, garlic sausage and more cherry vine tomatoes.

In between these two I had two small bags of crisps and a terry's chocolate orange.

I had some fresh orange juice for breakfast and some Trebor mints.

Lunch was one side of an olive baguette with pesto, mozzarella and tomato from Paul's bakery, a raspberry and lemon de nata and a big coffee.

Dinner was pasta with beef cheek ragu, cooked yesterday for 4hrs, always better the next day, green salad and heaps of pecorino.

I was really quite hungry today.

Lunch: Cougettes and butter-beans with tomatoes, capers, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and evoo.

Supper snack: Avocado, cheese, seeds, mayo, almonds, Brazil nuts, passion fruit and dark chocolate. Chamomile tea.

1671 kcal. Fats 118g. Carbs 84g.
Protein 61g. Fibre 33g.

S - Deliciously Ella cacao orange oat bar + decaf tea with oat milk

L - 2 Boiled eggs, 2 slices seeded baguette with crushed avocado, coleslaw, roasted veg couscous, 5 olives

S - Handful black grapes

D - Thai red curry with onion, red pepper, spinach, coconut milk, wild salmon, basmati rice

S - 2 mini vegan almond magnums

@PuppiesProzacProsecco You sound like you're eating plenty of lovely things! I often find my mates who did WW or SW were always able to eat quite a lot of food. Obviously mostly healthy stuff, but tasty! Whereas some diets it looks like you can barely have anything! Lol

Breakfast was a large horlicks and the remnants of my sons marmite on toast.

Lunch was a big tub of M&S peeled and juciy mandarins, a babybel and some pretzel thins.

Dinner was chicken dauphinous and greenbeans with bacon.

A few green fruit pastilles and a fizzy water.
