Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

B/ 1/2 grapefruit. Oat milk porridge with dried apricots and nuts.

L/ Tofu, Mushroom and spinach wrap. Alpro yogurt.

D/ Black bean, vegan cheese and salad tacos.

S/ Dark chocolate
Edamame beans with salt and chilli

B small bowl of muesli and skimmed milk

L coleslaw and cheese sunflower roll

D nachos, chili con carne, cheese, salsa, creme fraiche, guacamole and small mixed salad

Yesterday

B kammerjunker and koldskål (little biscuits and a soured milk/yoghurt thing in Denmark)

L two slices of toast with butter and marmite
one slice of toast with ham
banana

S two squares of fruit and nut
a nectarine
a strawberry yoghurt

D homemade pizza, coleslaw and a mixed winter salad

Lots of tea, a cup of mint hot chocolate and then a can of tonic water.

D: Sausage sandwich
Snacks: Two chocolate digestive biscuits and 2 apples

L - southern fried chicken pasta and some paprika max crisp
D - cheese and tomato pasta with broccoli and corn on cob
Snack - some caramel nibbles

A shitty day, reflected in my comforting food choices.

Some lovely food from all of you recently!

I've been shite recently.
Bought a luxury lemon meringue pie from Waitrose but then ate only that for two days! Lol.

Today I had feta with olive oil and basil on three bit of baguette.
Usual tea and three white wines!
Bit more of that lemon pie
Dinner will be beef stew with swede, carrots, parsnips and potatoes. But the sodding thing is taking three hours to cook.
So I've already hit the biscuits in desperation 🤣

Breakfast- banana and slice of toast.
Lunch - ham salad whole meal rolls. Salted crisps. Chocolate custard pot.
Dinner - fish and chips (1 large portion shared equally with dd).
Supper: popcorn. Cheese and tomato whole meal roll.

I'm don't see the issue either. Sounds fairly balanced and a fairly normal quantity to me. We all have different bodies, are different she's,

2x toast and marmite

Fish and chips and mushy peas and curry sauce, large portion

A latte. Tea and peppermint tea. 🫖

If it makes you feel better I had
B - coco pops
L - king pot noodle & bacon wheat crunchies
D - went to miller & carter. Had Mac&cheese, garlic bread, burger and chips and demolished the lot
Then came home and ate about 7 of the m&s mini roll bites

Day before I had
B - coco pops
L - mccrispy deluxe, chips, McFlurry, toffee apple pie
D - 4 chicken tenders and chips from wing stop!!!

I haven't stopped and gained about 1stone6lbs in 21 weeks of pregnancy so far!!

I'd say there's always tomorrow but DP dad is coming for his annual visit and we'll probably grab a takeaway for dinner

There's always Monday eh!!

small OJ

L Sesame ball as we only ate breakfast and 10:30

D beef, ale and mushroom pie, carrots, cabbage, peas and mash

A ham sandwich and a pack of prawn cocktail walkers. A handful of grapes.

A homemade burger, with sweet potato fries and salad. Mint chocolate chip ice cream for pudding.
