Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

B/ Banana pancake with strawberries and an oat milk smoothie with banana, peanut butter and seeds.

L/ Tomato soup. Alpro yogurt

D/ Mushroom wellington with roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, broccoli, peas, carrot and swede, baby corn and gravy.

S/ Nuts and dark chocolate

@SickOfTheRoad it sounds like the trolls have spoilt it. It seems a shame as it's not disrespectful to vegans to prefer normal cheese?
Their veggie burger has rice in it which doesn't agree with me which is a shame.

McDonalds refused to add non vegan products from the start as it's a vegan product. They can't really market it as vegan and put it in a box with vegan mcplant on it if it has non vegan stuff on it. Imagine the legalities, more to do with those than any disrespect I'd imagine. It would have to be sold and marketed as a different product if they were to add dairy cheese or bacon etc.

l - butter & marmite on wholemeal toast & a bag of Wotsits

d - boiled potatoes & butter, bacon, fried mushrooms, tinned plum tomatoes & a slice of Wholemeal bread to mop it up

s - bowl of plain peanuts & chocolate chips

@SickOfTheRoad yeah, I guess so. Someone could prank someone or whatever and then they could sue them. Also cross contamination so it's probably in a meat free section run by a different person.

D) tiny glass rosé, beef in black bean sauce and air fryer fries, tea with milk

S) chocolate brownie type thing (90cals) and two morning coffee biscuits

Lamb curry with my version of A Bombay potato type of side

Black Tea
Mint tea
Almond milk latte.

Have left overs so will be having the same tomorrow.

Bit of a weird day so a banana and some blueberries, a cheese and tomato toastie on oat bread, lots of water, some almonds, two black coffees and a piece of homemade ginger cake with a cup of tea.

I was so frickin busy with admin stuff today that I had no breakfast before school run made a ham and coleslaw sandwich at 11.50 and it took me 2 and a half hours to eat said sandwich between emails, phone calls etc then I had to start school run...needless to say this evening I've eaten a packet of salt and vinegar crisps a load of shortcake millionaire little bites and I'm now on the leftover paprika pringles from my daughters birthday weekend mmmm nutritious 😂 I shouldn't be reading this thread you're all making me want to stuff my face now ah well there's always tomorrow to eat right!

A cheese quesadilla dipped in hot salsa.
A chocolate protein pudding
2 handfuls of pine nuts
Some fried squid with a dipping sauce
A bowl of pho topped with steak and chilli oil
A banana with some almond butter

Breakfast - smoothie made from 1 banana, strawberries, red grapes, 1 weetabix, greek yoghurt, honey, milk (makes 750 mls approx). Small bowl of mixed nuts. 1 pint of hot water.
Lunch - skipped
Snack - small Battenberg cake, 4 brownie bites, small flapjack. Can of pepsi max
Tea - mince pie, sprouts , mashed turnip and carrot, yorkshire pudding, gravy.
Pint of hot water.
I'm off to choir, where I'll have water and a chocolate biscuit.
I'll have a other pint of hot water before bed.
Thats not very good reading it back 😳 I'm in healthy range for BMI though.

All the ham and split pea soup has upset me big style so have been uncomfortably bloated ever since... lentils seem to have this effect on me recently.
B: 2 slices wholemeal toast with marmite
L: leftover cauliflower cheese
D: Homemade Lasagne
S: Homemade flapjack and a vanilla latte
I didn't feel like I ate much today but looking back at it written down it's actually quite a lot and very carb heavy! Could have done with a but more fruit and Veg.
