on holiday at the mo and I cant even count the number of times I have seen topless women sunbathing at the beach… next to kids!…on non-nudist beach!

I really don’t want to see titties out in the middle of the day

on top of that I don’t fancy my teenage boys or even my DH having a look at them either

its obvious they’re coming from certain European countries ! Do they have no sense of what’s right or wrong ?

Ok, I'm not in any way religious, but there's a bible quest that's relevant here. Yes, this is hillarious. I am in Spain, and you don´t need to be on a nudist beach to go topless only for integral nudity. It is perfectly allowed, and she is on said beach voluntarily, so it is on her, no one is FORCING her to do anything.

This is a you problem OP. The beach (if it's legal in country) is an appropriate place to expose ones breasts. Office isn't, male or female. There's a difference.

I also wouldn't wear a bikini or kiss me quick hat to the office.

If you don't like it, you are free to move to a place where breasts aren't displayed.

Your son is learning that different cultures and individuals have different approaches to nudity/ the body. That's a healthy lesson. In some places or parties, he'll see more women in modest dress and head scarves on the beach and that's their choice too.

Genitals and breasts are seen differently to many people in terms of boundaries. Look at film/ TV classifications . You'll see male and female breasts a lot more freely than genitals. I don't think there are any places that I know of (in Europe at least) where fully nude sunbathing is the norm except maybe for tiny kids running about. There are many places where topless is the norm. It's not an equivalence

If you're holidaying somewhere you have no right to force your cultural ideals on the locals or people from similar cultures. Breasts are not private parts in large parts of the world, everyone has nipples and female breasts are for feeding babies. The adults know that, the kids know it, they're not sexualised in the same manner as in Britain and therefore there's nothing worth hiding. Your argument that people in Britain wouldn't bare their breasts at a playdate doesn't hold, we have a different cultural norm. There's a reason we have the worst breastfeeding rates in Europe and this is part of it.

Bodies in general aren't sexualised in the same manner in parts of Europe, you're inability to explain that to your children is no one else's issue.
