Is it gross to rewear clothes?

I have one pair of maternity leggings that fit. I had them on yesterday all day and want to wear them again today. I didn’t go anywhere in them other than a brief trip to the shop and was otherwise at home all day. Is it fine or bad hygiene to wear them again today?

YABU - gross, find something else
YANBU - things like that are definitely fine for a second day

If you had clean underwear on and change that, and also don’t take public transport (I think once something touches a seat it needs to go in the wash), I think you are fine.

Day old fanny.

I agree with the poster saying they can’t rewear leggings, I can’t either after a full days wear 7am-10pm roughly, yes Ive showered in the morning, yes I wear big pants … even with a pant liner they’d stink in the crotch area.

I wish I hadn't asked.

Wearing clean pants every day I don't feel the need to wash leggings or trousers after one wear. Tops I don't generally wear twice unless I'm not at work. Xx

I get where you're coming from. Maternity leggings can often feel like tights. It's also the synthetic material. I think it's definitely a smell test decision. There will probably be days when you blanch and realise they need a wash after one wear and others when a second or even third wear is possible.

My maternity jeans were the ones that only ever seemed to manage one wear before smelling bad.
