I love the house too but the kitchen is just epic.

I love every room!!

I hope whoever buys it keeps it the same and doesn’t end up ruining it by having everything white and grey.

@Myblindsaredown I agree. IMO it needs to drop about £150K. JMO. Maybe someone will pay that if they want to live in that house. I reckon there are waaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper properties that size (or close to it) in Barry though!

The only hint of modern life is the washing machine and microwave otherwise they have 100% committed to the scheme for 40 odd years. Wow

Marine Drive is the most expensive road in Barry (because of the view!).

I think I’ve lived in London too long - I thought it was cheap (given the view!)

I found it on satellite image. The back garden is tiny because it’s squished next to the house on the corner.

It's sort of awfully wonderful or wonderfully awful and while there are parts of it that are a plain flat out "Nope!" there are more parts that I love because the owners just went with what they loved and I love that. The price seems very steep though. Very, very steep. Is it normal for that area? The views are absolutely stunning so there must be at least some of those hundreds of thousands that are the cost of the view but it still seems quite a lot.
