Lib Dem as they are the most likely to oust the Tories here. I have voted Tory in the past but never again unless they make some very big changes!

Matronic6 · 29/06/2024 21:37

Independent. Desperate for Tories to be out but my constituency also has a chance to send Labour a message.

Jaydafran · 29/06/2024 21:38

Tomatina · 29/06/2024 21:35

Labour. The only party that can get the Tories out. Labour will at least aim to govern in the interests of all citizens, rather than just the richest and most privileged.

You do know lots of labour people are rich and priviliged?

InALabourStronghold · 29/06/2024 21:39

Conservative as Jane rightly pointed to the threat Starmer poses, plus I’m a retired boomer. My username reveals I’m pissing into the wind though.

Onomatofear · 29/06/2024 21:39

Labour - it's time for a change. The Conservatives are no longer even trying to hide their contempt for hoi polloi.

You can be rich and privileged and still govern in the interests of all citizens. Sadly the Tories don’t.

Moier · 29/06/2024 21:41

Conservative!
Need to protect my money and Grandchildren.

Zanatdy · 29/06/2024 21:41

Labour, always been a Labour voter, to vote anything but feels like turning my back on my upbringing and values I have

Ereyraa · 29/06/2024 21:41

Tory, even though they are useless arseholes, because never Labour.

TheresMillionsSaidGeoffrey · 29/06/2024 21:41

Green, always have.

Me too

InALabourStronghold · 29/06/2024 21:44

@Moier Me too!

AceofPentacles · 29/06/2024 21:44

Labour. I'm in Ian Duncan Smiths constituency. He hates single mothers. And I hope Labour support public services and do something about the housing crisis the Tories have created .

Well, he used to do pro bono human rights work for a start.

tobee · 29/06/2024 21:46

Op did not include

Plaid Cymru

And no one has mentioned it yet.

whotochoose · 29/06/2024 21:46

I'll be voting for the Social Democratic Party because Reform are not putting a candidate forward in my area, the two parties have formed a pact not to go against each other.

Lifelong Conservative voter but will not be voting for them again based on their current makeup. And I cannot bring myself to vote for Labour, ever.

Sunak is rich and privileged and leads a party who doesn’t govern in the interests of all citizens.

I’m sure Starmer isn’t badly off financially but he’s nowhere near as wealthy as Sunak.

He doesn’t govern currently, but he at least appears to give a shit about ordinary citizens.

Dita73 · 29/06/2024 21:48

Party of Women. Luckily we have a candidate. If we didn’t I wouldn’t be voting

Edited

Sunaks only super wealthy through marriage.

FOJN · 29/06/2024 21:49

Party of Women. If there wasn't a POW candidate in my constituency I'd spoil my ballot.

LookingForwardToSunshine · 29/06/2024 21:50

DuesToTheDirt · 29/06/2024 21:33

Nobody.

Labour - women's rights
Tories - the many things they have done in the past 14 years
Lib Dem - women's rights
Green - women's rights
Reform - racist right-wingers
SNP (Scotland) women's rights

Oh and we have an independent - no stated position on women's rights, but they think that "climate change has always existed" and shouldn't be a priority.

You've articulated my thoughts exactly. Still thinking if voting though. Currently try to decide between Conservative, Lib Dem and Green....
