Did anyone enjoy Taylor but felt at 3.5 hours it…. dragged a little?

I admit that i’m not her biggest fan and it was a bit of a fluke that i got a ticket to go with friends.

I enjoy her music and think she’s amazing but a dedicated Swiftie… I am not!

I just felt that it could have been at least thirty mins shorter and would have been more enjoyable. Even amongst the hardened Swifties around us, I sensed a little restlessness.

Anyone else agree?

@Lillanbjornen the standing ovation after champagne problems was my best bit!!!! Did you go on Sunday? Or does she always get a standing ovation for it?!

She always does, it's a tradition.

I went to Cardiff last week. My fave outfit was a girl in a full wedding dress and veil with "fucked in the head" on it in gold! Everyone initially thought she'd been down the registry office until she turned around.

Oh look a other thread has been started by the crazy Taylor swift fans.

Oh no, wait, no it hasn't.

Personally, I thought the show could actually have done with an interval or some kind of built in break, rather than being shorter. Really enjoyed most of the sets, but after the three hour mark I needed a drink and the loo, and could have done with a snack too, but didn't want to leave close to the end and miss some of my favourite bits.

TheTwirlyPoos · 27/06/2024 16:12

@456pickupsticks yeah I'm nervous about that, the moment I know I can't go to the loo I need it!!

I went for a wee in So High School because I don't like it 😆

TheTwirlyPoos · 27/06/2024 16:30

Oh that's a plan. I might have to preplan a wazz.

preplan a loo break, pack a snack and either bring water or buy it on the way in.

MrsClownland · 28/06/2024 09:15

An interval wouldn't work at all - imagine if even only a third of those people all got up to go to the loo at the same time, or to queue at a burger stall.

Phoenixfire1988 · 28/06/2024 11:32

30 minutes of listening to her would be too much she makes my ears bleed most overrated singer ever I'd rather be waterboarded than go to one of her concerts 😂

We were there last night. Couldn't see anyone flagging and there was enough energy to make Wembley shake with the surprise songs. Only Taylor Swift can pull off a 3 hour show like that.

Bruce Springsteen is often on stage playing to packed out venues for over 3 hours!

Just back from Dublin, it was amazing like nothing I’ve been to before. Really enjoyed it and my 23 year old daughters face made it all worthwhile
