Dogs.

I don’t get it. They smell, they’re needy and you have to pick their shit up. 20 years ago dogs didn’t bother me but the ‘fur baby’ phenomena has really got out of hand.

And no I don’t find it adorable when your ‘friendly’ whateverapoo (mongrel) bounds up to me and bounces around, it’s not cute, I have an overwhelming temptation to hoof it out the way. Don’t get me started on dogs in workplaces and cafes. If you can’t leave it at home you shouldn’t have a dog.

also being late for the school run. I have only been late once or twice but the school make a huge song and dance about it and it goes into the school news letter aswell. I’m totally unbothered

lastly taking dc out of school during term time for a holiday. Aslong as their grades are high which they are then I am completely unbothered. Il happily take the fine in exchange for saving nearly 1k on my holiday

I don't care about reading improving books. I see people recommending all these books that sound really intimidating and intellectual and worthy and think wow they must be clever. Then I go to Tesco and pick up the latest Milly Johnson or Jenny Colgan. If it's in the supermarket at 2 for £9 and it doesn't look depressing or gory I will probably read it.

My one is exams, I don’t care about them and think there are many ways to skin a cat. I don’t like pressure being put on kids when they are all so different. I don’t care how well anyone does on exams.

To add my own point-

I don’t care that you (the royal ‘you’) think long acrylic nails are naff, ugly, tacky, stupid or gross. I don’t care that you don’t know how I get anything done or that you think I must have something better to spend my money on. I don’t care that they might damage my real nails or I might become allergic to them one day. I don’t care about the uv light on my skin or breathing in the dust from the filing.

I just don’t- I only care that I like them.
