You know those little things in life that people like to morally police and make you feel guilty about but you just can't muster up the shit to give?

This is a confession thread. I'll start.

I don't give a shit that you supposedly shouldn't feed bread to ducks. I don't care. Don't eat it then. People have been feeding them bread for decades and now we're supposed to bring them organic bloody walnuts or something? Or some other crap they don't want that doesn't float?
They can have my slightly mouldy bread and be grateful.

I’m another one who cannot get excited about the mens football World Cup.
Fine if you want to watch it but I don’t and don’t want to see or hear about it.

I’d be very surprised if most men ( if specifically asked ) didn’t find long, pointy, stupidly varnished nails a bit yuck and pretty stupid. I speak as an ex manicurist from the old days, pre gel / acrylic.

'Instagrammability', TikTok, Facebook, etc.

They don't 'help people stay connected'. They're addictive and fake. And lead to people taking far too many annoying selfies and blocking views, routes, etc for other people.

Waste of time, in my opinion. Either buy a bunch of identical socks or rock the mismatched sock look.

I no longer care about the opinions, some people have, on how I live my life. I'm doing quite well without your input, thanks.
To some degree, I don't care about school attendance. If he's ill, he's off, I'll take him on holiday if I want and if he misses the first 5 minutes of the day, fine.
I don't care about larger than usual (trying to be nice) people queuing at a food bank. That's a change in circumstances for all I know.
I don't care about fashion. Baby showers. Gender reveals. The huge wedding.

The planet.

Bad drivers.
Can't see the point in getting angry at being cut up, tail gated, pulled out on etc.
Just sigh and carry on driving.
Life's too short to be angry about it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Weddings. They're too expensive to attend and usually really boring for guests. Especially if the hosts skimp on food and are away forever having photos taken.

I have zero interest in seeing photos of those grandchildren or talking about them but try to act interested.
