What did it cost? Is it being financed? Did you buy one brand new or is it used?

I'll start: I drive a brand new Mercedes-Benz B200.

2013 scenic, bought outright for 5k but with money borrowed from family (interest free)

Mini John Cooper Works, it was a milestone birthday gift, from me to me and I adore it.
£28000, no finance. To me it's worth every penny and makes me smile every time I drive it..
Bought it when it was 18 months old with 11000 miles

20 year old skoda fabia bought out right new..7 k. Best car ever driven. Not cost much to run and tbh very little gone wrong with it and starts every time. Sadly now 20 years I know he is in his twilight years. All the modern cars are rubbish. Will probably replace with another skoda fabia. Can't beat perfection!

I drive a Fiat Panda 4x4 2015 plate.

I bought it off dh elderly aunt. She had had it 4 years (from brand new) and was no longer driving so it was just in her garage.

Paid 3k cash for it. I wanted to give her more but she was adamant that was all she would accept. Very intelligent lady of sound mind - she just recognised that she wasn't making use of it and I was looking for a new car. Did us both a favour.

I love it - cheap to run, cheap to insure, great in snow and gets me from A to B.

DH drives a VW Toureag V8. Bought at 3 years old, 30k, again, we paid cash so no finance. I realise we are very lucky to be able to put money aside for a car.

To be honest, I'm not hugely bothered about what I drive as long as it is reliable and fairly cheap to run.

My day to day car is a Bentley SUV, for round town I have a nippy little Alfa Stelvio and for my weekends an Aston Martin Volante. Plus three different motorbikes and a speedboat for the sunny days on the water.

I don’t drive, prefer to walk. I don’t no how people afford all these big expensive cars we are seeing everywhere . I also just don’t understand how it’s a good idea to have these ridiculous huge 4x4s when we are trying to do better things for the environment. It’s a very odd/selfish trend.
