Apologies for the un-minced wording here but here goes:

Since becoming a mum a year ago, I have found it very inconvenient for my husband to "finish" inside me after sex.

Generally we have sex right before sleep and it just seems to be dripping out for ages afterward making my underwear and pajamas wet and uncomfortable. Not to mention the bedsheets. All just feels messy and leaves me feeling unhygienic.

Equally I don't particularly enjoy the other options. Aka him finishing "on" me.

I not sure I experienced these feelings/ distaste towards the above, pre baby.

Wondered if anyone else feels like this? Any tips / tricks/ hacks?

Literally I squat in the shower and grab the head and shower off my flaps. Job done!

To all of you who have sex blankets and other ingenious solutions, it sounds like you regularly have sex in bed just before you go to sleep. Do you mind if I ask if your sex is, well, umm, kind of... routine? Do you do it missionary and are both able to cum that way fairly quickly?

I've never found that kind of sex very satisfying. Works for men but I need longer foreplay than the time between going to bed and wanting to be asleep would allow.

I wonder if I just need to work on it and find a 'quickie' routine (and buy a sex blanket)?!

I would suggest washable pads if you're using them that often, it's a lot of waste to use one every time you have sex. Seem to be decently absorbent too

On average people in the UK have sex once a week. Compared to number of pads you use during period, it should not be that much extra waste.
I am not sure what am I supposed to wash with cum stained pads tbh.

I you wash the cum out in the sink as you would blood stained pants. Your choice, of course, and if it's just once a week then 🤷‍♀️

Could you not just have a quick rinse at the sink? Takes a minute or so.

I have the same issue but thought I was alone! Despite a trip to the toilet, a cough and a wipe it seems to keep dripping out of me into the next day. I hate it. If it’s mid week I just want to have a quick shag, turn over and go to sleep without running naked to the toilet.

I told DH how much I hate it and now he always wears a condom. I told him he doesn’t have to do it every time (he has had a vasectomy so that I don’t have to worry about contraception now we’ve had our children) but he says sex feels wrong if he knows there is something I don’t enjoy about it.
