Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Let's all share our delights 🤤

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

Weetabix chopped banana and almond milk with a latte.

Chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal bread and an orange.

Gousto recipe Asian pulled chicken burger with sesame chips.

Cup of tea and a chocolate orange crispy squares bar

Brunch: avocado, satsuma, fried egg sandwich in ciabatta with cheese

Snacks: wotsits, 1.5 chocolate digestives, some walnuts and Brazil nuts

Dinner: pasta bake with lots of vegetables, tuna and feta.

Brunch: 3 pancakes with mushrooms and cheese

Snacks: wotsits, chocolate digestives

Dinner: roast dinner with 2 glasses of white wine

Soya greek style yogurt with Purition (cherry bakewell) and blueberries

Chilli salmon fillet salad with beetroot, olives, peppers and baby tomatoes

Richmond veggie sausages roasted with loads of veg (aubergine, courgette, pepper etc) with cauliflower rice and chilli pesto

Eggcup full of mixed nuts after a very long walk. Type 2 diabetic.

L: leek and Stilton croissant; big salad (chickpeas, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, capers, black olives, smoked tofu; with lemon and anchovy dressing)
D: Leftover Indian takeaway (prawn curry, spinach, cauliflower, greek yogurt)

S: satsuma, crisps

Coffee, water, orange juice, 1 x pink wine, tomato juice

@neonyellowskirt I'm in love with so much of your meals! Indian food, vietnamese food and a stilton croissant are some highlights!! 😀

I had a 'rubbish' food day, despite cooking skate wing with capers and also griddled chicken with sun-dried toms. (For other people lol)
Couldn't be arsed to eat it as had..

One graze bar (honey flapjack)
10 malted milk biscuits 🙄
2 teas 2 sugs
Half a big bag of aero mint balls
Loads of bloody bastard bugles (horrifically moreish cheesy crisps things)
1 piece of brown toast with pb
Large handful of Jordan's cereal

2 white wines

Asta manana and all that...lol

Homemade bruchetta with olive oil, tomatoes, basil, salt & pepper & really good seeded bread
Half a jacket potato with cheese & coleslaw
Watermelon
Breaded fish, fries & peas with lots of salt & vinegar

Today
B. Herby cheese omelette and lovely buttered toast with the nice seedy bread. Coffee
L. Mushrooms on toast coffee
D. Likely salmon, and some sort of carb & peas
Maybe a crumble
S. Watermelon, square of choc

B: porridge with fruit compote & almond butter
L: salmon and avocado sushi; miso soup
D: fish cake, green beans, new potatoes with anchovy butter

S: banana, roast chickpeas, canapés (omelette, mushroom things, tomato toasts), dates with peanut butter

Coffee, water, lemon San pelligrino

@BobbyBiscuits and thank-you! this is a really good exercise for me - I'm trying to follow a migraine-friendly diet (low gluten, low processd sugar, low booze, loads of water + veg, high protein) so it's been really good to do this and be mindful about what I'm eating.

D: Bolognaise & grated cheese (no pasta)
S: Wispa, granary toast with marmite

@neonyellowskirt Another lovely days food from you! Well I need to take a leaf out of your book, I get terrible migraines that leave me vomiting and hallucinating. 🤢

Not had a really bad one for a while but they leave me banjaxed. My idiotic solution is often a can of coke and then another can of coke! Lol

I'm so glad the thread is motivating you, it's great to hear and thank you, and I enjoy everyone's contribution so much! 😀

Snacks: chocolate digestive, some shortbread, some peanuts

Dinner: a pasta bake with roasted vegetables, tomato sauce and mozzarella.

Today was
Bread and butter and marmalade for breakfast
Lunch- egg mayo sandwich, salad, coleslaw and crisps in a café which was ok but the mayo was bloody awful
Dinner- bubble and squeak, chilli mango sauce, few beans and then I made some marzipan tarts yesterday so I had two of those.

Baked potato, half a sachet of Merchant Gourmet tomatoey lentils, avocado, cherry tomato

Individual apple crumble

Veggie bean chilli, brown rice, avocado

Several cups of tea, two small glasses of Diet Coke, a berocca .

Breakfast - muesli with almond milk
Snack - chocolate biscuit and cocoa covered Almonds
Lunch - salt and pepper chicken, rice
Snack - cashews, slice of toast and lemon curd
Dinner - salad, chicken, hash browns. 3 chocolate brazils.

That is not great, is it?

2 pieces of toast, a chicken nugget happy meal and a packet of skips. Lots of water. I've had a vomiting bug so eating what I can stomach.

Today I had

1 bit white toast with butter/marmite
2 teas 2 sugs
1 blueberry fruseli bar
2 malted milk biscuits
1 pack salt and shake crisps
4 coconut toffifee

Dinner was skate wing with capers, a bit of potato, peas and broccoli.

3 white wines
Bowl of cornflakes w milk and sugar.

@BouleDeSuif what is it about cafes with dodgy mayo?! I'm a big believer in hellmans, but can cope with other brands...some of the cafe ones are more like salad cream gone wrong though lol

Mug of tea, milk, one sugar on waking

Brunch:
Apple juice and latte to drink
Small pot each of baby plum tomatoes and cubed cheese
Pack of Belvita breakfast biscuits
Two squares of flapjack
Yoghurt
Small pot each of green and red grapes

Evening meal:
Water to drink
A few mixed nuts, roasted and salted
Sandwich made with multi seed bread, butter, scraping of garlic mayonnaise , and four Quorn chicken style slices
Large orange
Blue Riband bar.

2 croissants for breakfast then lunch was a crumpet crisps and cheese string and then more crisps for dinner. Hasten to add this isn't my usual diet and I'm usually quite healthy! Just had no appetite today but felt like I had ti est something

Shredded wheat and prunes.
Oats, apple,berries and protein powder.
Home made bread toasted with bean spread, banana.
2 rice cakes.
Vegan burger in bun, crudités, roasted seaweed, kombucha, small pot of mango.
Berries, soya yogurt, granola.
Roasted chickpeas, crisps, homemade blueberry choc flapjack.

(Working nightshift so need to stuff my face more often!😄)

@BobbyBiscuits I've worked in catering most of my working life, and it's because they (not all cafes obviously) get huge buckets of "Mayonnaise" which is basically white in semi-liquid form.
So I should have known, but I can't resist an egg sandwich!

Yesterday I had homemade birthday carrot cake for breakfast 😂
Followed by raw peppers and hummus for lunch...
Chicken and spinach curry and cauli rice for dinner.
