Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Let's all share our delights 🤤

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

@BouleDeSuif I hear you! I worked in a kitchen for a bit and their reliance on that slop, and generic margarine was shocking! Lol

Pink lady apple
Dinner is veggie chilli with rice, jalapenos, grated cheese, creme fraiche, coriander, few tortilla chips
Probably a couple of squares of dark chocolate
1 litre water
Few mugs yorkshire tea

Brunch: pineapple, strawberries and raspberries. Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast

Snacks: two shortbread biscuits and one chocolate digestive

Dinner will be: three bean chilli with brown rice, avocado salsa and sour cream

Banana, strawberry & blueberry smoothie with flaxseeds.
2 pieces of sourdough toast and peanut butter.

Apple & 2 baby bells
2 Oat cakes
Handful of mixed nuts

Piece of protein toast, cream cheese and marmite.

Dinner will be tuna pasta bake with salad and homemade coleslaw.

Breakfast was bread, butter and marmalade
Lunch was beetroot soup with a cucumber sandwich and an apple
Dinner is going to be roast pork, mashed potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, Yorkshire puddings and gravy and then treacle pudding and custard. I am excited.

Today I had

1 bit white toast with butter/marmite
2 teas 2 sugs
1 blueberry fruseli bar
2 malted milk biscuits
1 pack salt and shake crisps
4 coconut toffifee

Dinner was skate wing with capers, a bit of potato, peas and broccoli.

3 white wines
Bowl of cornflakes w milk and sugar.

Mug of tea in the morning as usual.

Brunch - same as yesterday, only with orange juice to drink.

Evening meal -

Salad of little gem lettuce, chopped red pepper, tomatoes and cooked garden peas, with two and a half Quorn sweet chilli mini fillets chopped and mixed in, served with Thousand Island dressing
One slice of multi seed bread with butter

An apple

Breakfast- ran out of marmalade so it was bread butter and apple jelly
Lunch will be salad with possibly sardines - peppers, celery, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise and an apple
Dinner is pasta fagioli and then the last of the treacle sponge and custard.

I am on holiday so had a Dalmatian platter for breakfast, bread, olives, cured meat, and cheese with a couple of dips. A mango ice cream, and a slice of watermelon from the market, something I wouldn't touch at home but enjoy when abroad.

supper - stir fry prawns and salad

I am on slimming world diet so eat loads of fruit and veg. what helped was reading threads like this and realising that before I started to diet I ate a HUGE amount of food thinking that everyone else did. it was reading something like this a year ago that made me rethink how and what I ate and to try to lose some weight ( 2stone down and 4 to go)
