Trying to stick to my migraine friendly diet...

For breakfast cottage cheese with honey, fruit and granola. Tea first, then a little later a cafelatte.

For lunch, my toddler son's half eaten plate of veggie lasagna, two eggs, some cottage cheese, some soft white cheese and a whole grain cracker (without sugar).

Afternoon snack: Cottage cheese with fruit puré. Another cafelatte.

Dinner: Lasagna.

Late night snack: Fruit and caffeine free herbal tea.

It sounds like a lot of food, but aside from being migraine friendly, it's actually enough for a slight weight loss when combined with exercising.
