Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Let's all share our delights 🤤

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

Yesterday I had

2 teas 2 sugs.
2 belvita strawberry biscuits

Really nice but tiny cappuccino from posh coffee shop where snobby woman barged past me in the queue, lol

Pitta with feta, lettuce, beetroot, spring onion.

Today went to a greek restaurant for a real mezze plate!

Tzatziki, hummus, babaganoush, feta and pepper dip, tarama, proper nice flatbread,
Chicken and pork skewers
Greek salad
2 glasses Prosecco
2 greek beers. Yum!!

Doggy bag of dips to have with salad for dinner.

Today breakfast was porridge
Lunch was the end of the kidney bean stew with jacket potato, walnuts and an apple
Dinner was veg curry (onion, tomatoes, celery, carrot) and rice and then a Yorkshire pudding with jam
And I made a big loaf of oatmeal bread so I had some of that with butter.

B: porridge with blueberries & maple syrup
L: prawn tempura & avo sushi, cucumber sushi
D: instant chicken noodles
Snacks: beef monster munch
Drinks: orange & mango juice, Coke Zero, green tea & water.

Thurs
B: boiled egg with sourdough toast
L: avocado toast with feta, rocket, nuts
D: beef & tomato pot noodle 🙈
Snacks: apple, piece of licorice
Drinks: orange & mango juice, green tea & water.

Appetite most strange in the eve, can only stomach cheap noodles!

Yesterday:

Lunch - a pear, Greek yogurt, peanut butter drizzle
Dinner - homemade chicken curry (chicken thighs, chopped tomatoes, ground almonds, yogurt, spices). DP had rice with his, I didn’t.
Drinks - five cups of tea, a Diet Coke, sparkling mineral water

D: lamb chops, dahl, sweet potato, chicken tikka, broccoli, garlic naan

S: banana, crisps

Coffee, water, Coke, fruit soda, peach cocktail

Btw loving your pot noodle cowboy! I think I mentioned it in the thread and wondered how many people would indulge 😄 pot noodle reminds me of festivals!
Thank you both, yeah that greek place is lush. It reminds me of my first ever holiday! You can get a decent shawarma for about £8 from there too.

I've still got some babaganoush, hummus, tzatziki left, so gonna have that with pitta, feta and salad today too.

I feel like I'm taking the Mediterranean diet to the extreme at the moment, lol.

@Wheredidallthecowboysgo it was gooseberry jam but any jam is good! It's like a lovely crispy globe of a pancake.

I've just realised that in a greek restaurant, it wouldn't be called shawarma would it?! Too late to edit last post...
Gyros is what it's called. Same kind of thing, but they do pork as well as chicken.
Gawd, I'm craving that right now! 🤣

Yesterday -
Shreddies with oat milk, black coffee, orange juice

Tin of vegan carbonara pasta with a heap of rocket
An orange

Fishless cakes (4) with lots of salad and tartare sauce
Greek yogurt (vegan) with homemade grapefruit curd

Snacks - a Naked bar and a few chocolates

Today had Weetabix and oat milk for breakfast but lunch has already included an over 500 calorie bag of vegan choc covered honeycomb as well as 3 fishless cakes, vegan cottage cheese and an orange. Plus my son has a practice of his final cook for a course he is nearing the end of so tea will be bruschetta, vegan lasagne with dressed salad and creme brulee 🤣

Been all over the place today and didn't have a proper lunch, don't fancy proper dinner either. So it's been:
Breakfast, oatmeal bread and marmalade

Some cream crackers and butter, an apple, half a big bar of Milka, some garlic pretzel bits, prawn cocktail Wotsits, and now I'm having walnuts, raisins and crystallised pineapple.

Ryvita with cheese and tomato. (I always forget how much I like Ryvita, this was the black pepper one).

For dinner we'll be having roast chicken, César salad, rainbow coleslaw, tomatoes and new potatoes. I've also roasted some chick peas but not sure they're any good. First time I've tried to do it and they don't look right.

Breakfast- coffee, mc Cambridge bread, peanut butter and jam (approx 170 cals)

Lunch - homemade protein shake (380 cals)
Dinner - chicken breast, medallions, salad, broccoli, mushrooms and a spoon of coleslaw and grated parmasen (approx 580 cals)

Tea and a go ahead bar.

I've hit over 100g of protein today.

The rest of the house is getting a takeaway so I might have a slice of pizza later
