But how does having strong glutes help you. Seriously, how does building up muscle on your bum do anything other than give you a disproportionately enormous arse? What is anyone doing with this strong bum they have built? Cracking nuts? Getting lids off jars? Or just showing it off?
I am fit, I run, cycle, hike, spend hours gardening and doing other functional type activities. I am strong in general. I just don't see the point of targeting increasing the size of my arse, unless it is some sort of subliminal sexual message from an anthropological perspective. I suspect I am just old and not the target market for a strong bum!
