I worked as a supplier to public sector. The slacking and people off sick taking the piss was out of this world. No one senior used to do anything to address. After all it was only the good old taxpayers who were funding this!

I have a situation like this as well. I've made it clear that I do not want to go full time and do not want the promotion that was offered to me but the person who did get it is clearly unable to cope that i was offered it first. I'm not a threat to them in any way.

You’re a weak manager and you only got the job over me because you’re friends with the boss and she told you what questions would be in the interview and what answers to give, I know I could’ve done the best interview in the world and I wouldn’t have got it, but you wanted the job so stop trying to get me to do it for you. You cannot effectively manage a team of new starters who’ve never worked in an office before when you are working from home, you need to actually come in to the office and be present to do your job.

You are not being bullied or picked on, your work is not up to standard and people are trying to help you improve not criticise you (2 informal allegations, 1 informal but involved HR, 1 full on HR investigation - all against different people, formal HR found against her). Long hours do not merit an outstanding review, quality work does, and finally, being a "nice person" doesn't make you good at your job...you are not nice, have poor time management, don't understand basic things about your role and I wish I had at least extended your probation (probably would have resulted in another bullying allegation though).
