The amount of time you've taken off sick is unbelievable. Your frequent absence means that somebody else has to cover your role and therefore neglect their own. You NEVER say thank you. In fact, you will actually moan and bitch that the person who has been lumbered with your work hasn't done things properly. And, yes, we all know you were asked to step up and cover a colleague for an afternoon last week (you were in - a miracle!!). We know because you took every opportunity to tell as many people as possible. You weren't being promoted to headteacher FFS!

The real reason I let you go was because you were a complete twat.

The mood has improved dramatically and productivity has gone up again now you are gone.
