What i want to say to colleague (C) No i didn't because you kept messaging me at bloody 1am, and if i didnt reply you'd PHONE me so I have fucking blocked you (they are blocked).

(One of my other colleagues (A) woke up to 40+ messages from this person asking why they didn't reply, and colleague (B) also blocked them bc of the same issue)

They then complained to the manager about colleagues A and B on bullying terns and then accused them of being discriminatory!!! 🤬 they weren't they were just sick and tired of being spammed outside working hours!

When you keep whining to your boss about whatever imaginary issue you have you just look like the pathetic entitled whingy brat that you are. Christ knows why he gives you airtime, but know this, I found you out and you were shit. Someone else will find you out too in the end.

You're not sick. If you were genuinely sick you wouldn't get ill the same week each year and make a miraculous recovery just in time for your sick pay to drop.

If you were sick you would engage with your colleagues when you are here and do some bloody work. You certainly wouldn't pick and choose which tasks you do based on what you can be bothered to do. It's all computer based so there's no excuse for doing some stuff and not others.

To my boss - the organisation takes the piss massively. No, you don’t have to be everyone saviour/ get involved in solving everyone’s problems/take on unfinished projects because no one else can. They let you because you put yourself forward and kill yourself in the process whilst they sit back and let you. Plus, why don’t you let me and some of the team step up and actually present and ‘front’ the projects we are working on - you know, get some kudos and recognition for the actual work we do.
