In Not Finding This Funny

I was having a look at the baby clothes on ebay and found this

It's not that I have a problem with slogan t-shirts as such,although I don't tend to buy them, I do think they can be funny or cute.

This on the other hand I just find offensive.

It's not funny. Some people have an odd sense of humour though.

I totally agree with the OP, horrible HORRIBLE - not funny at all.

I have to admit though lynette, i think the "he thinks he's my daddy" shirt is quite funny, but probably due to my own personal circumstances, nothing serious, just a joke between DP and a friend of ours, but for me, it would be funny.

I quite liked the naughty steps one too, didnt like the mother sucker, thats nasty.

Not my bag. But I'd be looking for the budgie-perch earrings on the mum that bought them.

Really horrible. Who would buy one?!

but vn i don't like the they shake me. thats going a bit too far even by my standards

Some of them may or may not be in good tase, but I understand why they are supposed to be funny. I just don't get this one at all - who on earth could think that this was even remotely amusing?

For christmas my DH bought my DS a t-shirt with 'My Mum's a fox' on it, He never wears it as I dress him and I'd be too embarassed to be seen out with him in it (only because I'm so not a fox!) DH put him in it the other day to go to nursery and when I dropped him off and took his coat off I was mortified!!!!!!

YANBU - they are horrible, but I hate most slogan t-shirts.

ds2s godfather bought him a t shirt with 'hung like a five year old' on it. ds2 was 2! the most irritating thing was that he asked dh before buying it if i'd mind and dh said no! i have never let him wear it..it's completely inappropiate imo.

I think they are funny, but I'd NEVER buy one...

Personally, I think slogan t-shirts like this are really chavvy.

I saw one at my local supermarket last year on a little girl of no more than 12 that said

"If you think I'm a bitch you should meet my mother"

I've seen that one too....

I must admit, DH and I shared a wry smile that it would be suitable for my DSD!!! (she was going through a horrid patch a few years ago!)

As I said, though, I'd never buy one as I think they are wholly inappropriate, even if they are true!
