I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

My day..

Breakfast - Honey & nut shredded wheat with milk and banana

Snack - Apple

Lunch - Realised my bread had gone off so I ended up having a random lunch of a few slices of quorn chicken, two packets of salt and vinegar crisps, and a yogurt

Dinner will be a jacket potato with cheese and a side salad

Drinks - 1x coffee, several herbal teas, and lots of water

Bit of an awkward day for me on a Thursday as my cleaner comes from 10-2 and I like to keep out of her way and stay in my office so I’m not under her feet.
Usually I have a lunch prepared so I can just bring it up to my desk but I didn’t today - I ended up having 2 crumpets at 10:30 while she was on the top floor and then going back for an orange at 11:30 while she was on the middle floor and then waiting til 2:30 once she’d gone and my meeting was finished before I could have something else! It was a very peckish day for me today.
Dinner tonight will be spiced chicken; flatbreads, dirty rice and salad but not til about 8.

Wrap with tuna, mayo, gherkins, tomatoes and onion. Few tortilla chips. Toffee crisp

Chicken, mash, veg, Yorkshire pudding and gravy

Two slices of Nimble wholemeal with two quorn sausages and a tablespoon of cottage cheese

Green salad with edamame and butter beans and tomatoes- soy sauce dressing + 3 chopped quorn sausages

1 banana

Diet coke with ice
3 cups of black coffee
Large glass of diluted no added juice and water

Fruit salad, apple, banana, strawberries, raspberries, watermelon
Bowl of dairy free ice cream

1 x latte, 3 x tea, 1 x coke, 1 x herbal tea

B-smoothie with five different fruits and Greek yogurt.

L-egg and smoked salmon

D-went out for dinner, massive fish platter with prawns, mackerel pate, white bait, more smoked salmon, salad, bread and various dips.

Mini bottle of Rose Prosecco
Lots of decaf tea.

Went to sleep before I posted yesterday. It was
Jalfrezi curry with rice for lunch
Lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, peanut butter, marmite and toast for the evening meal.

Mint tea, black tea, sparkling water and 1 almond latte

Today is porridge with raisins for breakfast
Lunch is the coconut tofu soup and an apple

Yesterday I had I strawberry nutrigrain bar with a small glass of kefir yogurt
Leftover lentil and aubergine dahl (this recipe: https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/aubergine-dhal-tomato-onion-raita) with a mini nan bread
Yogurt coated biscuits (go ahead brand)
Red pesto pasta with roasted peppers (the anti pasti kind from a jar) and onion and Parmesan with some homemade garlic bread (sliced bloomer topped with olive, garlic, seasoning, and grilled lol). Basically one of those meals where you use up whatever you have!

S- deep dish chocolate cookie.
D- fish, chips.and beans.

Skyr with blueberries, strawberries, honey, seeds
Cheese scone, salt and vinegar crisps
2 satsumas, 2 babybels
Homemade banana loaf
Red pepper, sugar snap peas, celery and cucumber sticks with blue cheese dip
2 teaspoons peanut butter
5 million cups of tea
Some Vimto
Some water
3 exercise classes

A random day made up of no actual meals & too much cardio

Trialing Purition shakes...

So far, so depressing. The Cherry Bakewell flavour tasted like... watery milk with bits in it.

Yum. Not.

Had a chocolate minty Viscount biscuit to make up for it.

B: 2 boiled eggs mashed up with butter and white pepper on one piece of white toast. A coffee.

L: Some spinach and ricotta tortellini with a tin of tuna, a spoon of cream cheese and a handful of black olives. A flat white.

D: will be a ready meal Moussaka and some tender stem broccoli. Probably will eat some late night pizza too as friend is arriving to stay and will want some food when she gets in.

Not enough proper plants today.

Tea - half a pizza which was delicious
