I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

Come and share your day's meals with me : )
Or, think I am a weirdo for asking such things? ; /

Sausage roll as a side item has blown my mind - what a good idea. Looks delicious

Some amazing stuff going on, Everyone is making me so hungry.

Yesterday and the day before I got a mad craving for caesar salad. Found out I could make the dressing without anchovies. I love them but there was none in shops..

So for dinner both days I had a massive bowl of caesar salad with home made olive bread crutons, parmesan and some chicken that wasn't great as some of it was rubbery!

Also had belvita softbake for breakfast both days. Yeah, so healthy, not.

Loads of tea with milk and 2 sugars.

Too many cadbury mini eggs...

Today I have had:
B- two slices of toast with marmalade, cup of tea
D- tuna and sweetcorn salad, latte

I’ll be having a banana and some dark choc as a snack, probably chicken stir fry or beef for tea. Yum! Trying not to scoff a kg of chocolate in the evenings..

Crikeyalmighty · 20/02/2024 14:02

4 gluten free crisp bread with Longley farm cottage cheese and a clementine

Tonight will be chili with cauliflower rice and eat up a handful of strawberries

fungibletoken · 20/02/2024 14:04

Slightly lukewarm porridge with apple, cinnamon and mixed seeds, whilst making "yummy" noises at my baby to get her to eat her portion 😅

Oh, and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps. Can't go wrong there!

Barbarachicken · 20/02/2024 14:37

B: nothing (trying to fast again as seems to work for me)

L: Warm cheese scone with butter (heaven)
Porridge with strawberries, blueberries, peanut butter, mixed seeds (basically the breakfast I didn't have)

S: 2 satsumas + will have something protein heavy before gym tonight

D: Will be cod bites, homemade wedges, mayo, salad

Lots of builders tea, few large glasses of Vimto.

I'm autistic & pretty obsessive/repetitive around food.

BouleDeSuif · 20/02/2024 17:27

There was a little bit of cheese tart left so I had it with the curry. Picture included. Yes that's ketchup, the slightly stale tart needed it.

B-smoothie with four types of fruit and Greek yogurt.

L-egg and smoked salmon followed by the crust of bread toasted with blackcurrant jam.

D-2 sausages, three different colours peppers, onions another egg and then another slice of toast and jam.

Lots of decaf and green tea.

I don’t usually do the toast thing so I’m not sure what that’s all about, It was nice though.

SittingontheSidelines · 20/02/2024 18:57

Oh I love a cheese scone @Barbarachicken I'd have it with @BobbyBiscuits César salad and @PomsRun choice avocado salad and@BouleDeSuif 's cheese tart on the side which I've fancied every day it's been mentioned. (I also have to not dwell on the toast and marmalade which keeps cropping up as once started I'd never stop.)

Half a wrap and cream cheese while I was preparing dinner.

I had a cream cheese, pew lentil and roast vegetable tortilla in tomato sauce with cheese on top. A couple of roast potatoes and some more roast veg on the side. Again using up left overs. However it was so filling I couldn't anywhere near finish it.

Nearly didn't post photo as not that appealing to look at but once again did taste better than it looked.

@SittingontheSidelines Grin I thoroughly recommend the cheese tart, it's an Elizabeth David recipe, it's been very hard to ration it out and not do the whole thing in one go!
