I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

Breakfast yesterday was scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast with a little cheese on top, but that was late morning/lunchtime so I guess was more of a brunch?

Snacks of some crisps and some gingerbread cake.

Dinner was leftovers from a roast chicken dinner the other day - chicken breast, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts and a big heaping of mash and lots of gravy all over.

Recovering from a filling (it's been done twice in 3 weeks after the first one came out) so having to try and stay to quite soft stuff at the moment for at least my main meals.

Today was cancer treatment day & I snack more because of the steroids. Plus I have insomnia!

B: white coffee with milk, muesli with blueberries & one strawberry cut up. Brown toast with marmite
L: brown roll with cheese & tomato, banana, mango & apple juice carton, cranberry juice fizzy drink.
Snacks: almond croissant, Walkers baked salt & vinegar crisps, one easy peeler, an apple, packet of Lidl sweet chilli curls, bag of skittles, white americano coffee
Dinner: homemade dhal & chicken curry with rice & onion Bhaji
Cup of tea

Lunch was almond and cheese omelette with sesame rice and an apple
A Wispa and a Horlicks around 3 for the hell of it
Dinner was veg curry and a bagel with garlic Lurpak.

Yesterday I had

Two small chocolate filled croissants (which were too sweet for breakfast but we seem to have lost the cereal in the taxi back from the supermarket). Half a banana

Risotto with prawns and courgette

A chocolate filled croissant

Bread roll with some crab pate, Brie, an unknown Spanish cheese and tomatoes. Chocolate desert pot.

Two sugar free cokes, pint of lager, couple of glasses of water and a few cups of tea

4 x tiny organic falafel, table spoon hummus, carrot & pumpkin seed salad, lettuce, tomato, cucumber & tablespoon couscous salad. Home made dressing. Water

Today has been (so far)

Overnight oats with yoghurt and spirulina, topped with raspberries and manuka honey

Decaf tea with collagen

Lunch will be a salad (cbb to list all salad bits!) with grilled chicken breast

Dinner is sea bass, sweet potato, green beans, brocolli, babycorn

I will have a hot chocolate with options/cacao powder mix later

Snack might be a mini babybel, kitkat or popcorn (might not even have one)

Litre of water
L: 2 mini wraps with houmous and green olives. Cup of tea.
S: Bowl of raspberries & blueberries
D: Will be peppers padron, chicken burrito, 1 or 2 margaritas (Mexican restaurant)
Will need some chocolate in there somewhere.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Tuna melt in a coffee shop
Dinner: A pizza in a restaurant

Drinks: A chai latte in the coffee shop, seven cups of tea, a can of Diet Coke, a pint of lager, two glasses of white wine

Today:

Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Sardines on toast, a Penguin biscuit
Dinner: Planning to make bubble and squeak, which will be potatoes and tons of veg fried with chopped bacon, with a poached egg on top.
Drinks: I’ve had five teas so far and will probably have four or five more. Might have a Diet Coke or an alcohol-free beer with my dinner.

Lunch - 1 x tea, 2x egg omelette + 30g cheese, mushroom, red pepper, tomato + red onion.

Snack - will be 1x tea + 2 biscuits

Small chocolate croissant

Cheese & onion toastie with a few chips

Another chocolate croissant

Half portion Prawn, smoked salmon, orange and leaves salad; gnocchi with a creamy tomato sauce with melted mozzarella in - although I mainly picked the gnocchi out as the sauce was too rich

Will have a chocolate pot desert for my supper

One Pepsi max, two glasses sparking water, two small americanos, a small lager, a white wine spritzer and a small limoncello . And a few cups of tea !

Here's me for today:

Breakfast: Coffee with dash cashew milk

Lunch: Organic houmous, mixed seeds and raw vegetables (mushrooms, cauliflower, radish, cucumber, home-grown broccoli sprouts). Slurp of beetroot juice, bite of turmeric root, spoonful of nutritional yeast and slice of nori.

Dinner: 1 bowl tonkotsu noodles (out for dinner)

Snack: Handful mixed berries. A few squares dark chocolate.

Drinks: Genmaichai green tea, 1 alcohol-free beer and 1 alcohol free aperol spritz. 1 Options hot chocolate.

I realised writing this that I’ve not had anything to drink today at Al!!! No water, no hot drinks- nothing! Will do better on the beverage department!!!

Yesterday I had:
B yogurt, fruit compote, and granola pot (meal prepped because the store bought ones are good, but expensive!)
S pot of melon (ditto, and tastier than the last few supermarket ones I’ve bought).
L burrito bowl with leftover taco mince from ds making dinner, microwave rice, salad, salsa, and some of the pickled red onions we made (no jalapeños cos we’d run out!) and a pineapple tart.
S one random lindor (needed to eat something with antibiotics)
D air fried chicken breast and garlic potatoes and garlicky green beans
S one sour dough cookie (ditto for taking tablets).

4 x egg mayo and ham rolls, 2 apples, 2 Clementines.

Yesterday was weirder:

2 x boiled eggs
Packet of cooked prawns

2 x packets of prawns cooked in an air fryer with sriracha and sesame seeds, then made into an omelette with spring onions, which was what I actually wanted for breakfast I just couldn't be bothered

Various vegetable curries, salads and rice
