I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

Mushroom stuffed pasta with a creamy sauce and a salad with tomato and mozzarella and some kind of tapenade

Pint lager, glass red wine, a lempsip, small bottle of water and a few cups of tea .

May have a small desert before I lie down to sleep

I didn’t eat until about 3 and when I did I pigged out ! I had a sandwich , 2 small sausage rolls , a bag of crisps and a dairylea dunker then dinner around 630 was steak , fries and 2 beer battered onion rings .. then a few caramel truffles whilst watching tv!

…… and I wonder why I’m not as skinny as I was lately 🤣😩

B- Protein pudding / yogurt
L- tuna cucumber mayo on a seeded bagel thin with loads of pepper
D- Turkish Acma with feta cheese
snacks - time out single bar and a small portion of milk cake

A large (2 pint) smoothie made with-2 bananas, apple, strawberries, black grapes, and milk. Cup a soup. About 8 thorntons chocolates. Pot Noodle. 3 pints of water. This is, thankfully, not representative of my normal daily diet.

Flat whitw coffee aroubd 730am.
1030am French toast with bacon and maple syrup plus flat white coffee (Took my toddler to brunch)

Roll with ham and walkers baked ready salted crisps Around 2pm.
Pasta with a basic homemade tomato sauce topped with sliced mozzarella and basil.
Half a bag of Galaxy counters and a cup of tea.

Today:

Massive salad (I know, I know, but it really was): roasted butternut squash and cauliflower with spices, edamame, lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta, salmon, pomegranate and homemade yogurt dressing.

Frozen pineapple and some peter’s yard plain crackers.

Yogurt with almond butter, raspberries and a bit of melted chocolate.

Couple of coffees with milk and a bit of coconut sugar.

1600 chicken and lentil soup
1800 kind bar

Trying to low carb and kick start some weight loss.

3 mint teas plus lots of water.

L: Half a tuna mayo sandwich on granary, glass of white wine, flat white
S: 3 quorn veggie sausages, handful sour cream & onion pringles (I don't even like these so why did I waste the calories)

I had a picky day ..,

1100 coffee with oat milk x2, cashew nuts, kind bar.
1400 Greek yogurt with raspberries
1800 butternut squash soup, teriyaki chicken and broccoli.

2 accidental wine gums.
2 baby bel

Yoghurt with berries and honey at 11 then a chicken and kale salad for lunch around 2. Might have a little snack now of some cheese and crackers but we’re having pizza for dinner which takes hours and it’s essentially the same thing but hot 😂

Here's me for today:

Breakfast: Matcha Fuel latte

Snack: 12 x grapes

Lunch: Itsu superfood salmon salad

Dinner: Homemade sweetcorn, chickpea and chorizo soup with Modern Baker seedy seedy sourdough. Bite of turmeric root, spoonful of nutritional yeast (seriously yum) and slice of nori.

Dessert: 2 x squares 100% dark chocolate

Drinks: Genmaichai green tea and Goodrays CBD at dinner.

Breakfast: two slices of wheaten bread and butter and an ice oat latte

Lunch: cooked rice and stir fry veg
Snack: carrot sticks and sour cream chive dip
Dinner: spicy chicken pitta pocket and chips
Snack: mars ice cream

All about the balance innit

Lunch
Homemade vegetable soup- split pea, carrot, celery, leek, broccoli and cauliflower. 3x slices of Nimble wholemeal bread.

Tea
M and S Root veg and veg dumpling casserole, plus cauliflower and broccoli.

2 x glasses of water
1 mug of tea with skimmed milk
5 x cups of coffee - black with sweetner.

Will have bowl of raspberries, kiwi and blueberries later on.

Lunch: omelette with cheese, peppers and spring onions, with some leftover Ottolenghi spring onion salad from last night. Handful of chilli tortilla chips.
Tea: chicken and mushroom pie with French fries and salad veg.
4 dark chocolate truffles.

Feel absolutely rotten today, I have a stinking cold. Coffee hasn't gotten me through!

A tea and two coffees
A bagel thin with soft cheese. Two slices of melon. Another tea.
An apple and a coffee.
Chicken soup and two slices of toast and butter.
Huge beaker of water.
A lemsip.

Dinner- roasted tofu and brocoli in the airfryer. It was really delicious

Egg fried rice and some carrots

This thread is making me realise how bloody awful my diet is!

and pasta/courgette and Feta for supper.

I'm not a lunch eater and my teeth are hell atm.

1230 leftover brown rice with loads of veg cooked in garlic, olive oil and turmeric. Grapes and an apple

Wow...again with some pickers and some seriously healthfoodists, and all in between..I love it.
Today I had half a tuna sandwich on plastic bread. Hence only eating half..lol
Tea with milk and 2 sugs
4 glasses of white wine. (I know...stressed innit)
Butternut squash and green bean curry with rice from Mildred's (my mate brought it round unannounced...gorgeous)
Gonna hit the peanut m&ms in a mo!
