I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

Fried the remains of last night's takeaway for breakfast, coconut rice, morning glory, pork mince, chillies, a chicken skewer, some aubergine thing

Half a cake around lunchtime

2 snickers this afternoon

2 sandwiches just now

Rice pudding just now

Breastfeeding so slightly more than I'd normally eat -

x2 slices multiseed bread and smooth peanut butter

Leek and potato soup and half a baguette

Beef goulash with mashed potatoes and broccoli

Raspberry and white chocolate flapjack
x2 chocolate buttons
1.5l apple squash (no sugar)
x5 decaf Yorkshire tea with milk

Breakfast: Protein oats,
Lunch: Mini Cheddars and mini Maryland cookies
Dinner: Beef chilli and rice and a satsuma
Snack: apple

2 cups of coffee, a mug of tea and a small glass of white wine.
Breakfast: overnight oats with some mixed berries, yoghurt and flaked almonds
lunch: half a baked potato with cheese and beans and coleslaw
snack :handful of mixed nuts
second snack: slice of granary toast and butter
dinner :aubergine curry and a few spoons of brown rice
1/4 share of pack of mini eggs

Breakfast: 1 tea, 1 banana smoothie,

lunch: half prawn sandwich, salt n vinegar crisps, eat natural bar, AND additional chocolate biscuit

Dinner salad, mackerel, chips, 3 mint chocolates, 2 rice cakes, decaf tea. I also cycled 5k and ran 2k - justifying all the crap I’ve eaten !! .

Switch out the over night oats for cereal or porridge ( never got on with over night oats) and this hands down is the winner for me. Sounds like a lovely list of foods!!

Breakfast - Yogurt and granola pot from cafe Nero. Black coffee. About half a pot of fruit salad that toddler DD didn’t want.

Lunch - bowl of stuff I had in the fridge that needed using up. Tuna, rice, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers. Diet Coke.

Snack - square of dark mint chocolate and some salted popcorn.

Dinner - smoked salmon and spinach gnocchi. Cadbury mini trifle thing as I felt like something sweet. Glass of red wine.

Tomato Cup a soup-with grated cheese stirred in.
Toast and choc spread
Fish n chip crisps
Biscuits rich tea
Bacon,potato waffles and fried eggs for Dinner.
Iced gems.

Apple bircher which is greek yoghurt, apple, cinnamon, pecans, Chia seeds.

Wholemeal chicken, beetroot and salad wrap.

2 ryvitas with 2 mashed up boiled eggs.

Salmon with couscous and roasted veg

Am calorie counting, total 1400 calories approximately.

Breakfast- Porridge with chia seeds, nuts and apple,
lunch -Tuna sandwich, apple and Babybel, Afternoon snack- tunnocks caramel wafer
pre workout snack -Alpen and banana
Dinner- cottage pie, green beans, slice of bread and butter. Protein yogurt.

Plus 2 teas and 2 coffees and one apple juice

wow I eat a lot! although I fairness I have walked 25k steps today and done a really hard spin workout so it’s probably okay!

Between night shifts here. Cheese toastie and a pack of Quavers when I woke up, homemade Nandos chicken and chips for tea. Currently sipping a Monster Juiced and buckling down for the night.

2 lentil cakes with high protein cheese spread and anchovies

quorn escalope with carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn, leaves
greek yoghurt lolly

Too many snacks as usual!

Mixed day today,

Breakfast was a nectarine and a pear.
Lunch was avocado and poached egg with rocket and tomatoes on flat bread.

Had a lot of running around with kids and hubby this evening so dinner ended up as a burger from the chippy.

Did ok with water today and am in a no snacks between meals mood this week so far!

I’m really trying to eat more regularly and eat real food atm, I’m at the max mg allowed in antidepressants now so I figured I’d better start actually taking care of myself too and see if I can maybe come down a bit this year?
I can either forget to eat anything at all for 4 days or I can eat 4000 calories in one meal day and it can not help my moods at all! So I’m being quite strict with making myself eat at certain times, whether I want it or not - so far I’m finding it harder than I thought I would

B - porridge with soya milk, stewed apple, cinnamon & Greek yoghurt (delicious, tasted like dessert)

L - (struggled, wasn’t hungry at all) 2 crackers with cheese & red onion chutney and cucumber sticks

S - satsuma

D - spaghetti carbonara with extra crispy bacon bits on top, broccoli & garlic bread

S - chamomile tea & banana with my magnesium

1 litre of water and 4 cups of tea with soya milk and sugar throughout the day

Mid morning, Caramel latte, 2 lotus biscoff biscuits
Lunch, Small baked potato with cheese & coleslaw, salad leaves, few cherry tomatoes & a can of Monster Ultra
Mid afternoon, Red velvet fibre go cake bar
Dinner, Lasange, carrots peas few chunky oven chips
Cheeky treat, 5 pieces toffifee
unlimited orange squash throughout the day, probably about 2ltrs

3/4 of an 80g bag of mini eggs
1/2 small portion of Gf lasagne
