Fitness influencers and little work out bras

How are they working out in these tiny little bras that seem to have become the fashion? I know some are small busted, but surely they still want some support and coverage?

Tuesday I was at the gym in a class and a lady was wearing one and had to skip the active parts of the class cause she was popping out.

It’s none of my business (before users remind me of this fact) but they just seem so impractical. I’m intrigued as to how people actually work out in them. I rolled out of bed and kept a crop top bra on that I’d slept in, under a gym top, thinking that would be ok for a body pump class, lo and behold my boobs were swinging for mountain climbers.

I wouldn’t be able to do impact in them. I prefer a little more support than that. But my D cup boobs don’t fall out when doing weights/deadlifts/squats/whatever other non impact sport in those crop bras

Yes but a small demo and an actual full workout are not the same.
They're selling brands (themselve, their clothes, their cosmetics), not actually giving proper fitness advice, a lot of the time at least.

Giving proper fitness advice is literally their intention 🤦‍♀️

"D cup" doesn't mean anything though. I'm an E cup with titchy breasts due to a small band size. There will people wearing a C cup who have far more significant need of a sturdy bra than I do.

34D if you want to be specific. Mine aren’t huge but are saggy due to 2 babies and breastfeeding. They need support for jumping but wouldn’t fall out of a sports bra

I'd never attempt to try one of the sports bras on. I wear a 40F, my daughter is a 34F. We're all big busted in my family. We've found one company that makes decent bras in larger cup sizes, and is comfortable for larger busted women. I too look at these tops and wonder how they keep one contained, only because I'm envious I don't have many options for bras in my size. I've also had breast reduction surgery, and it's been suggested for my daughter due to back/neck pain. Even on my weight loss journey I doubt I'll ever fit into one of the sports tops/bras shown when I get to my goal.

Where are you looking? I’m the same size as you and don’t have any issues with getting bras - I tend to use Bravissimo or M&S

I think their intention is to appear to be giving advice while selling brands.
Each to their own, if you enjoy it then so be it. Just remember that a lot of social media is staged.
