This was happening before the ban . Most responsible owners will just comply with the new conditions. If they are not doing that they are just irresponsible owners . Which is basically a lot of the problem in the first place .

Humans failed that dog from start to finish - from crappy breeders who breed irresponsibly, sell to crappy owners and don’t care enough to take back dogs when stuff goes wrong, through the shitty owner who sold him on social media, to the bastards that killed it.

The ban is nothing in comparison the train of feckless arsehole humans whose actions led to this situation. The ban was inevitable in the context of the spike in attacks by these dogs, and those railing against it are so often those whose actions have made it necessary in the first place 🙄

I don’t like this breed, they are neither use nor ornament, and think that those that own them are a pork pie short of a picnic.

While I agree the restrictions should have been implemented in Scotland too they are not responsible for this, the blame of this sits entirely on the shoulders of the idiotic breeders, the irresponsible owners and the abuser. Trying to shift it elsewhere detracts from those peoples direct actions and their accountability.

Poor Juno was only 15 months old and had been failed by humans from start to finish. From the back yard breeder who cared more about money that selling to a reputable owner, to that owner selling her on to the scumbag who ultimately killed her inhumanely. Two shitty homes in her short life, and the last one was looking for her 3rd home. Whatever you think about dogs, or XL bullies in particular, this is a sad story 😢

That one (the burned one) was reportedly killed by its own 'owner'. Piece of utter shit. The XL community are up in arms about protecting their breed and supposed victimisation by the government and society at large but the call is coming from inside the house.
