It’s overcast where we are, little bit of sun trying to get through, tired but don’t want to sit in all day with Dd climbing the walls. Pre Dd, I’d probably lie on the sofa watching films 😂
Nowhere is really open, might take the dog somewhere in the car to somewhere different, lots of hills, grass etc

What are you doing?

We're going on holiday to a log cabin in the woods. Just need to get ready and pack the car. It's about 3 hours away.

Seeing as my boyfriend decided he wants to game all day with his friend, I will be going a walk in the sunshine on my own, and getting a coffee (if theres anywhere open!)

Pick up DS at 5pm so probably order a takeaway as I have been ill and couldn't be bothered cooking!

I think we might pop to the zoo this afternoon although I might change my mind and head to Aldeburgh for a walk instead.

Honestly, feeling a bit sorry for myself all day.

Currently in the throws of morning sickness and sick of feeling poorly + have a very clingy DD at night who isn't sleeping!

Will likely go for a walk later to blow the cobwebs away then we're at the in-laws for tea.

Nothing hopefully. Loafing about. Today is my birthday x

Vegging, nursing my hangover, DH and kids still in bed.

We are heading off to parents later for roast dinner.

I'm going to work. Twice, actually, because I've already done a bit on the laptop before I got up, and now I'm off to the second job. This one is retail, and supermarkets can be brutal on BHs so I'm not looking forward to it much - other than hopefully some larking about with my workmates who make the whole experience so much nicer!

Cooking a roast dinner, watching rubbish on TV. That’s about all!

I'm having a sweep tomorrow at 39 weeks pregnant so we're shipping DD off to Nanny's for a couple of hours (she offered before anyone gets their knickers in a twist), and finally building the bedside cot, finding the moses basket sheets and the new mattresses I ordered, and making the spare room ready for Granny to come and stay once baby is born.

Oh and cleaning the bathroom, emptying the bins, vacuuming the whole house, tidying up the Christmas presents and doing a stock check on the freezer so we can go food shopping tomorrow before the sweep.

Lying about in pjs watching friends with dd right now. Will shower & dress & get the family out for a walk with the dog hopefully before coming home & helping ds make pad Thai 😁

We're going bowling then to inlaws, because apparently having even a single day at home during the holidays is not possible.

I've been to parkrun first thing, just having a soak in the bath with a cuppa and my book. DH is off today (retail, so a rare occurrence!) and has lit the fire so we can have a lazy afternoon watching a film.

Trying not to die of a fucking monster hangover. I've thrown up so much, I'm a quivering empty shell of a human 😆

I only woke up an hour ago. Not hungover or anything, I just stayed up so late because someone was setting off fireworks in a haphazard manner and I swear one hit the house so I stayed up until all the fireworks stopped to make sure nothing bad happened and then overslept.

Forgot to take the prawns out of the freezer last night that I was planning on having as a starter today so trying to defrost them and waiting for DD to wake up so we can watch some telly together. DS is playing at the neighbours' house but I expect he and the grandson he plays with will be over here soon enough, and perhaps more neighbourhood children.

I want to go for a walk but its -22 out there, with a real feel of -26, so I might give that a skip.

I’m in bed with covid, feeling guilty as we have 3 young dc. Dh has taken them for a walk. I’ll try and get out of bed this afternoon but feeling quite awful.

Going to my dads for new years dinner. My dh is denying he has a hangover but obviously has!

Finland. It hasn't been that cold lately but it suddenly went much colder yesterday. The weather forecast is predicting a real feel of -35 on wednesday!

Been lazing around all morning. Just taken the decs down and tidied which feels great! Love how empty the house feels now! Gonna read my book and then take the kids out for a brisk walk down the river. Taking the kids to grandparents later for a sleepover and then early night as back to work tomorrow, (teacher) boo!
