Has anyone watched the BBC interview this morning?
AIBU to think there is no way the pair of them are convincing anyone that they have done nothing wrong?

Her story is a bit rags to riches. It always saddens me when someone who knows what it’s like to struggle in life becomes disgustingly greedy. She’s a prime example.

It is sad @Seymour5 . I guess she's joining the club though isn't she? In among the greedy gifts who may have been born with it and have a sense of entitlement. Learned behaviour. Not a good look in either case

Byline Times talking to OBrien about MM on LBC now.

It isn't just the setting up of a fraudulent company to supply useless products. The government/ cabinet office was complicit in making it impossible for professional, competent suppliers to provide safe products through the usual channels.
Public health departments have always had the expertise around contact tracing, from smallpox and TB in the 50s, through "AIDS" in the 80s, the more recent Novichock poisoning in Salisbury, just 3 examples. There was never any need to appoint a proven incompetent like Dido Harding to set up a new service and give her huge sums of money to waste.
It was all a cynical profiteering bandwagon. Those people should pay the money back to our public services.

Absolute truth. They should be in prison but will all end up in House of Lords, still sucking up public funds, eating and drinking their subdidised meals and generally strutting around telling us plebs what fantastic job they did. Utterly sickening.

This! Absolutely this. It makes me sick to my stomach what they (appear) to have got away with. Who can hold them to account? Why aren’t the police - National Fraud Squad? - investigating! It’s obscene profiteering.

Amazingly the only Tory to have shown any sense of justice is Michael Gove.

When Michael Gove appears to be doing the right thing, you know your country is broken beyond repair.

Millions of bootlickers will still vote Tory.

The whole episode is post-Thatcherite Capitalism in all its glory. Anything for a profit, anything for a few quid. No wonder she can't understand the fuss.

Isn’t Gove guilty of lobbying for contracts for his mates too? I thought he had.

I wasn't claiming he was Gandhi incarnate 😀Merely that he said he had passed everything he had to the serious farce squad.

Mind you, his backing leasehold reforms really doesn't square with how much of a cunt I had him dialled in as.
