£515k. We are in the smallest house on the street and rent. Would never be able to afford to buy here, but it's where work is!

Isseywith3witchycats · 05/11/2023 18:36

£150000 small estate built in the 1940s so apart from alterations people have done since built all houses basically the same 2 bed semis

BrendaMcPherson · 05/11/2023 18:36

Tuppence ha'penny

Ramalangadingdong · 05/11/2023 18:39

Half a million (sounds more impressive than £550k)

RaininSummer · 05/11/2023 18:55

230 ish I think. Big old houses but teeny gardens

Andylippy1 · 05/11/2023 19:32

£500K Yorkshire - affluent area

chariotspades · 06/11/2023 12:01

Surprised at the range

OP posts:
cadburyegg · 06/11/2023 12:21

£330k

Last sold was £268k
Most expensive went for £588k
Mine is worth about £375k

There's quite a range of house size

YYURYYUCICYYUR4ME · 06/11/2023 12:38

£950,000 accordingly to Zoopla

Nothanksthanksanyway · 06/11/2023 12:40

Hard to say, as relatively new estate but I would guesstimate about 800k

ohbloodyhel · 06/11/2023 12:42

£95,000 2 bed semi detached

Mychai · 06/11/2023 12:48

380k

Greycheck · 06/11/2023 12:52

210k according to Zoopla but looks like only the bigger houses at the other end of the road have been sold in the last 12 months so not a true reflection. Mine is worth about 160k. 3 bed semi

NorthernSpirit · 06/11/2023 12:53

£750k, 3 bed Victorian semi in Surrey.

annahay · 06/11/2023 12:55

£320k

Lordofmyflies · 06/11/2023 12:56

About £800,000 but there's only us on our road!

frenchfancy81 · 06/11/2023 12:56

£1.2 million

stayathomegardener · 06/11/2023 13:48

£375k.
I don't think this is very accurate, our house is shown on Zoopla as being between £580-£805k with the reality being £1.6-£2 million.
Many others are the same. Unsold and renovated pre 1999.

PickAChew · 06/11/2023 13:53

Up north. It's over a mile long with gaps in the housing. Everything from 120k ex council to 500k+ detached new build.

PinkRoses1245 · 06/11/2023 14:04

£520k

buckeejit · 06/11/2023 14:20

Maybe £285k

glossypeach · 06/11/2023 14:32

600-800k. I mean my 2 bedroom flat is worth 400k. On the outskirts of London.

Oneblindmouse · 06/11/2023 14:53

£156,500

Fieldofbrokenpromises · 06/11/2023 18:21

How are people finding/calculating the average?

How are people finding/calculating the average?

It's on Zoopla. Just search "street name, town, average house price".
