Mine is £478,000.

Around £150k. The most expensive was £175k in 2015. But it's in a nice area with outstanding schools in a generally expensive city, only it's little mini council estate, so the houses are cheap. I love it, but it's probably a good thing I'm happy to live in this house indefinitely, because it's not going to make my fortune in price rises.

Delphigirl · 04/11/2023 22:22

£2m + but zoopla is v out of date as houses rarely sell here. Last sale was 5.5

£360,000, slightly more than what we paid for our house last year. South West.

Tangled123 · 04/11/2023 22:42

£130k ish.

StarDolphins · 04/11/2023 22:44

£350k but mine is 1 of 5 on the estate that is tiny & much cheaper ££200k & I love it. I feel safe & secure that they’ll get burgled before me!🤣

Clawdy · 04/11/2023 22:45

Monetm · 04/11/2023 21:50

Where is that?

I'd rather not say really (would do if I'd name changed) but it's not too far from Newham.

Lolaandbehold · 04/11/2023 22:51

Snowdropcow · 04/11/2023 22:52

I’m really surprised how many people live in streets priced above the national average.

TeenLifeMum · 04/11/2023 22:52

318,000 - mix of newbuild style small terraced 3 beds and larger detached 4 beds in a small cul de sac.

Syndulla · 04/11/2023 22:53

£350 is the street average according to Zoopla. Pretty sure that's bollocks. It reckons mine has added £175k since we bought it three years ago. Yeah right.

TeenLifeMum · 04/11/2023 22:54

@Snowdropcow I was thinking this. It’s amazing how many millionaires post on mn 😂

tulip92 · 04/11/2023 22:55

£710,000 this year, only 1 flat sold on the entire street though. Most expensive was £18m last year. House prices now are extortionate. Bought ours in 2012 for £6.5m, probably now worth about £12m!! We definitely wouldn't be able to afford it now.

Slipknotted · 04/11/2023 22:56

Not in the UK so not on Zoopla, but it’s a very mixed road, and a very mixed area — the last house to sell was a long-derelict cottage for €200 k, the one before that was a large Georgian with a huge riverside garden but needing a lot of work for €2.5 k. Our immediate neighbours on one side are a pair of surgeons and on the other a rental that has so many Deliveroo delivery people living there they must sleep in relays. They are also much nicer than the surgeons.
