All the houses on my road are HA but we live in an area where prices are high. A new build across the road (not on my road) has just sold for £400,000 (3 bed semi with hardly any garden).

£530k. I saw it on zoopla and was genuinely surprised. Only a couple of little bungalows have sold over the last year or so.
