To ask what is the average house price of your street?

Mine is £478,000.

From zoopla.
Properties in xxx road had an overall average price of £740,000 over the last year.
Overall, sold prices in xxx Road over the last year were 33% up on the previous year and 33% down on the 2020 peak of £1,100,000.

This tells you nothing as it's a very mixed road and just depends who sells in the year.

Next door went for £820 ish just before the stamp duty deadline but it had just been renovated. Across the road is on for £750 but no interest so far.

@IWFH Zoopla doesn’t do this for my street.

For my previous address Zoopla says £616,000 but no indication of rise or fall.

For current address no info on trends. But there are 6 houses on our street, prior to us the previous house sale was over 10 years ago and the other 4 have no history record on Zoopla.

ETA in my wider postcode area (first half) £389,494.
