Many books would you read in a month?

Reading is either feast or famine for me. I'll go months without reading a single book then chew through 3 books in 3 days before settling down to a more sedate one per week, usually in the evening and at bedtime. I love reading myself to sleep.

I have a new phone and deliberately haven't yet signed in to Facebook or Reddit. Unsurprisingly I'm reading a lot more, and being much more productive in general!

Very much depends on my mindframe. I read a 3 book series in 4 days a couple of weeks ago, but haven't picked another book up yet. I do have a book arriving tomorrow that a preordered in March, I'll probably finish that before Thursday evening.

I'm on maternity leave after Christmas, so before dc arrives and when ds is back at school, I'll probably get through a chunk of my tbr pile which is embarrassingly large at the moment. I keep buying what I fancy and then not reading it 🤦‍♀️

About one per week - I get caught up too much on online forums…
on holiday…. One per day if the kids let me

I can go months without reading a book then read 2 or 3 in a couple of weeks then another long spell without.

I love to read but I struggle to get round to reading for myself. I probably only mange a book every other month, but it means staying up late and I'm not great at that

5-6 books a month, depending on length, reading about an hour each evening before bed.

I love reading , it's my favourite thing to do. I'm also a, speed reader but if i just read an hour before bed daily i couldn't average 5-6 books a, month. Are you the books you read very short?

According to storygraph most of them are between 300 and 500 pages so not very long. I do read a bit every time I go to the loo which adds up I suppose Grin and if I'm at a very exciting bit that hour stretches longer for sure, but I try to keep it to an hour so I get to bed in good time.
And occasionally on long car journeys but that's not even monthly so wouldn't count that.

20-30
