Yesterday making feta salad and eating little cubes with red onion & cherry tomatoes -so delish
The big plate of cheese & crackers I usually eat on Christmas Day evening is the best.
V shocked to see a recent list of the best cheeses and no British ones there though 🙈 cheddar surely is one of the champions of the cheeses?!

Cheese really is amazing. It’s the thing that stops me being vegan because the dairy industry is horrible but my love of cheese is bigger than my ability to avoid it.

Cathedral city vegan cheese isn't too bad. But yes some of them are gross.

Yes. Yes it is. I love cheese but my husband doesn’t like it at all. Somehow we have managed to stay together for 25 years. I never thought I could grow old with someone I can’t share a cheeseboard with but here we are.

I do like a nice piece of cheese. Very mature cheddar, Wensleydale with cranberries, baked Camembert served with a firm, sharp quince jelly on the very rare occasions I can find it. Also just remembered dolcelatte... Mmm...

But yes that nasty looking bright orange fake, melted "cheese" in the TV ad looks disgusting. 🌹
