Hard goat’s cheese is lovely.

Noooo. #saynotogoatscheese

Cheese and crackers is the most versatile meal ever.
Suitable for breakfast with fruit and a coffee.
For lunch with soup.
For dinner with salads.
For supper with port.
For a snack.
For all age groups.
Well, maybe not the port. 🍷

It's absolutely disgusting 🤮 ** the worst advert is that mcdonalds one with cheese on the paper. Finding that would make me actually vomit.

I'm hiding this thread as thinking about it makes me feel ill

@melmonroe

’The McDonalds One’ is NOT CHEESE

You Heathen You

Hard goats cheese with coriander seeds is amazing!
As is Dutch cumin cheese.

ssd · 30/09/2023 10:51

ssd · 30/09/2023 10:51

So YANBU

Cramlington567 · 30/09/2023 10:53

The humble cheese on toast with a dash of Worcester sauce is a lifelong staple.

KimberleyClark · 30/09/2023 10:58

I do a great halloumi stir fry.

I don't share a cheeseboard with Dh either, he has too many rules that spoil it. However I have mine in blissful peace when he's asleep. My favourites are Apricot and Stilton, Brie, Cheddar and truffle and smoked cheese. Four cheese melts and some grapes.its my Christmas treat😀

RustyBear · 30/09/2023 11:04

DD has just finished 6 months of dairy free diet after her baby was diagnosed with CMPA. The thing she missed most was cheese - she tried a few vegan cheeses, but they were pretty awful. She finished breastfeeding last week so I sent her a parcel of mixed cheeses from the Cheshire Cheese Company to celebrate.

whyayepetal · 30/09/2023 11:14

Brilliant OP - made me giggle. Naturally, I concur. Really fancy some cheese and biscuits now!!

Yes. Yes it is. I love cheese but my husband doesn’t like it at all. Somehow we have managed to stay together for 25 years. I never thought I could grow old with someone I can’t share a cheeseboard with but here we are.

😆😆😆😆 love it

Mumski45 · 30/09/2023 12:03

I agree cheese is amazing. My favourites are snowdonia black bomber and red storm and then the wenslydale with cranberries or mango or ginger.

DS1 has the best weekend job in the world on the cheese counter at Booths. Not only that but he also gets discount.

I'm intrigued by these rules! Please tell 😁

🤢

Star0Fire · 30/09/2023 13:28

I love cheese! But my DH is lactose intolerant 😩 only since 2 years ago after bad food poisoning. So now we don't have cheesy pasta bakes or baked Camembert or other cheesy goodness together any more
