I buy a packet of Greek flatbread (M&S , Morrisons) and eat, gently warmed for couple of mins in toaster , and folded in half over sliced brie.

Really want some cheese. I am stuck on a slow train right now...

Mmmmmm knobs of salty Stilton melting in broccoli soup and crusty bread. Or crumbly Wensleydale in leek soup.

Hot baked Camembert with onion chutney.

Smoked cheese and crackers.

Slice of Cheddar on a buttered Digestive!

It? Cheese isn't one thing, there are many brilliant cheeses. There are also a few abominations masquerading as cheese - cottage 'cheese' (bleurgh), Danish blue and nearly anything with fruit in it, for instance.

I am also a meanie and hardly ever have it in the house. My DH loves it, but he needs to watch his weight and cholesterol, so hard cheese for him.

I agree with the pp who said cheese stops her being vegan. Absolutely. I only have it weekly at most. I've stopped having milk, butter and eggs, but cheese. Damn it's good.

It's nice but people go too far. Who wants stacks of cheese at a wedding? Why so much cheese just consumed daily? Sure have a cheeseboard as an occasional treat but you wouldn't eat a slab of butter

I hadn’t eaten it since last Christmas since it gave me indigestion but we were away on holiday in the Netherlands last week and I had some Brie for breakfast with fresh pineapple. Oh my God, it was delicious.
