I have sky, Disney, Netflix, Apple and Amazon prime. But can find nothing to watch - I am clearly watching too much tv, I have seen it all!!

I love comedies like schitts creek, modern family and the Mindy project. Really loving hijack on Apple - loved the morning show.

have seen and love the good place, good omens, veep was one of my favourite shows ever.

Really loved working moms.

what else can you lovely ladies and gents recommend??? Please - I am home alone on Saturday night. Glass of wine in hand - trying to relax.

Spy Among Us
The Morning Show
Welcome to Wrexham
Ted Lasso

Also love a bit of the fishing thing with Bob Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse

We enjoyed Jury Duty on prime. It's a bit different but interesting cast/characters.

wonderstuff · 29/07/2023 19:35

Really, really like Mare of Easttown on Apple, definitely see that if you haven’t yet.

Duvetdweller · 29/07/2023 19:37

Agree with Mr Inbetween -
also Ted Lasso 😍

Willyoujustbequiet · 29/07/2023 19:37

Not a comedy but anything in the Yellowstone multiverse -

1883 I cried and I haven't done that in years.
1923. Superb.
Yellowstone. Worth watching for Beth alone.

And my current guilty pleasure is From. Its like an evil Lost. Theme tune is perfect.

Purpleboat · 29/07/2023 19:42

I like working moms, try Motherland.

Homebaby · 29/07/2023 19:42

@jennyjones198080 ghosts is on iplayer, brilliant easy and funny watch. Hope you enjoy it!

budgiegirl · 29/07/2023 19:42

If you like comedies, then definitely Ghosts or Parks & Rec, both great comedies.

If you want something a bit different, then Severance on Apple is really good. And I've also been really enjoying The Crowded Room - it got terrible reviews, but I think it's really good!

jennyjones198080 · 29/07/2023 19:45

Thank you everyone - I have started Yellowstone - love a family saga and ghosts looks like something I will really enjoy!
I am searching for Wilfred too

and holding others on a list to look up tomorrow!

I could spend all night watching clips

I haven't watched it but was recommended The Bear by a reliable source!

Yes, the bear season 1 is fantastic. Hoping to watch season 2 soon

mistermagpie · 29/07/2023 20:01

I loved the Detectorists on Netflix and Superstore, plus Brooklyn 99. You like a lot of the same shows as me so I think you'd enjoy all of those. Man Down on Netflix is also really funny. I'm watching Community just now (Netflix as well!) which is a bit weird but funny.

I couldn't get into Ghosts but I liked Outlaws on BBC and The Other One was funny too.

Do you have apple tv? Shrinking was funny and I'm watching Platonic just now which is good.
