To find unpainted toenails gross?

I wouldn't dream of wearing sandals without unpainted toenails. I just think it looks horrible. Am I being weird? I don't care what anyone else's feet look like though tbh.

I much prefer j painted toenails, normal nails too. I walk barefoot loads, painted nails are a pain. Natural is always better looking j think.

Come again - how on EARTH do gel toes impede walking barefoot?!! Have you ever had them done?

Women shouldn’t have to wear bras if they feel they don’t want to. But the point is moot anyway, that is a physiological difference not a sociologically imposed one. Most men don’t have exceptionally large breasts that cause back pain. If anything men should make their feet look ‘prettier’ than women do, they tend to have far uglier ones…

You're going to have to back that one up! I have gel toes but I don't watch Emmerdale and I don't recall flying Jet2, though why there is anything amiss with flying Jet2, I don't know. Does Ryanair count?!

I don't know why there's all the brow beating about men and nail polish? If they want to wear it they can? Nobody's stopping them? Men wear it on their finger nails so why not their toes too? I still don't want to see their feet though.

I think well kept toenails are fine as they are of course… but strangely naked.

Maybe this is what the OP means? We don’t see feet most of the year so nail polish acts like some cover up?! I am just musing…

Feet are cool.
Mine do a lot of work and so if they don't look pretty all the time that's fine.
I think unpainted and painted nails look nice.

Totally agree. I wouldn't dream of wearing open sandals without first painting my nails.

YABU. Coloured nail varnish is tacky. That’s why you never see royalty wearing it.

It’s the chipped polish plus the gross dry skin on the heels. It doesn’t take much to use a loofah and some foot cream.

I wouldn’t wear sandals with unpainted toenails, but that’s for me. I can’t say I really take any notice of other people’s feet.

I’m the same, I pay no attention to anyone else’s feet but think mine look repulsive when they’re bare!
