What are we looking at OP? I would say they are different styles of writing but with similarities...

The larger portion is italic, and the shorter one not.
The capital S is different in both
y loop is different
small a is differently formed

Based on the o and the e I would say yes it is.

Not the same but it could be the same person writing both. My handwriting changes depending on how lazy I am feeling and so can look completely different

No it doesn't look like the same person wrote both at all. There are way more differences between the writing than similarities.

No. You’ve got a right slant and slant, and a straight line t vs one with the curve at the bottom, and quite a flourish of an f in one not the other. One’s pretty much cursive and the other is print.

They don’t look the same but if someone was trying to change their handwriting and be deceiving then possibly. Only because there are some letters which look the same between the two

It’s written differently but that doesn’t mean it’s not written by the same person.
