On the face of it, I’d say not.

Not the same but it could be the same person writing both. My handwriting changes depending on how lazy I am feeling and so can look completely different

Exactly. I’m a teacher so I have got several different handwriting styles which I use daily - I’ve got my “I wrote this on the board before the lesson” writing (which is nice and neat, usually not joined up to make it super easy to read) and then I’ve got my “quickly writing on the board” writing - which is similar but more slanted and sloppy.
Then I have my “writing in kids notes” writing (eg to give feedback) which is usually far messier and joined up; but still legible.
Then I have my writing for in my planner which looks like something died on the page.
Then I have my “nice” joined writing which I use for birthday cards etc.

My own writing doesn’t look the same from one day to the next. These could easily be the same person.

BlueAndGreenStripes · 08/06/2023 12:58

I think it’s not the same handwriting.
Saying that though, my handwriting changes drastically if I’m writing things in a rush or needing to write something important, so people can definitely change their handwriting if they wanted to.

DrFoxtrot · 08/06/2023 12:59

No I don't think they look similar at all.

LIZS · 08/06/2023 12:59

No

JellyBelly50 · 08/06/2023 13:00

No, the Y’s do not have a curl in the first photo

DrFoxtrot · 08/06/2023 13:01

Do you think that a holiday cottage have faked a visitor entry or something?

miniegg3 · 08/06/2023 13:03

I'd say no

StarDolphins · 08/06/2023 13:03

No

This
Why are you trying to distinguish if it is the same hand writing?
I think this looks like the same person wrote both

AlfietheSchnauzer · 08/06/2023 13:05

No, the one on the right does their ! On a slant but the one on the left doesn't

Violasaremyfavourite · 08/06/2023 13:05

I don't think it is the same.

RhosynBach · 08/06/2023 13:05

Not the same handwriting but doesn’t mean it’s not the same person

hopeishere · 08/06/2023 13:05

No I don't think so.

Hazelnuttella · 08/06/2023 13:08

No I don’t think it’s the same.

If it was the same person trying to do a different hand writing I think they would have made it more different.

TimeToRecover · 08/06/2023 13:08

Nope! The letters are formed different

AlwaysGinPlease · 08/06/2023 13:08

I'd say yes it is.

Hazelnuttella · 08/06/2023 13:09

Maybe Martin wrote the glowing review and Kelly wrote the other note 👀

scrivette · 08/06/2023 13:09

I think it is.
My writing changes depending on what pen I am using and how quickly I am writing.

Maves · 08/06/2023 13:10

Ok probably should have said do you think it's written by the same person?.... yes the y is different but look at the y and g......also zoom in on the k's also o's and s and the use of exclamation marks.....

No, one slants left and one slants right.

TimeToRecover · 08/06/2023 13:12

Why does it matter? If you are on holiday, stop worrying about peoples handwriting and go enjoy urself

DarrellRiversCriminalBehaviourOrder · 08/06/2023 13:12

Why?

ShimmeringShirts · 08/06/2023 13:13

No, the Y, S and G are all different. You can disguise and adapt your handwriting but muscle memory wins out when it comes to certain letters.
