To be intrigued what Holly is really like

For so long I thought she was really lovely (from seeing her on tv etc)
Then I read some things on here and other sites over the years about her not being that nice and now the way things have gone over recent events with P.S, it makes her be seen in a different way.
So, what is she really like I wonder, it’s so hard to see her as anything other that lovely or want her to be anything other than lovely and I don’t know why 🤷🏻‍♀️

She’s never struck me as one thing or another, just a very competent presenter.

And in her chappy speech, no mention of Matthew in a mental health facility.

Hope gets OK and gets help.

The police need to gwf involved and investigate PS - Matthew wasn't even a teenager when he was groomed. He may not even be gay. This investigation needs to tjproughly look at HW and This Morning management.

The young man, Philip Schfield may or may not have groomed from around age 13.

Given how much time she spent with PS both at work, socially and even holidaying I find it extremely hard to believe she didn't know he was gay and was having a "relationship" with MM. Which makes the "Are you ok" monologue pretty revolting imho.

I have never watched This Morning (well, not since R&J). But it’s not surprising she is guarded or arm’s length at work. And it is entirely possible she didn’t know about the affair even if she knew he was gay.

I honestly can’t imagine her being the cow this thread paints her to be.

I don't watch This Morning but have obviously so haven't seen her statement from yesterday but I did wonder if Mrs Schofield texted her whether she would reply - I presume , maybe wrongly, that when Holly socialised with Philip Schofield including holidays abroad Mrs S was there too .

The other thing I don't get & probably as I haven't bothered to keep up to date with it all is why is Eamon Holmes coming out with so much now - if he felt that strongly about what happened why not say something years ago ?

That was the first thing I thought too as it seems like she dumped her (or maybe it was the other way around!) years ago!

My mum always thought she was horrible on celebrity juice, so never liked her on TM as said the nicey nicey persona was all an act based on how she was on CJ - who knows!

I just don’t care. She is just doing a job 😩 couldn’t give a shit about the home lives of most the people I see on tv, or the retail workers i meet, those on the street, who cares

Shes very likely got a persona she puts on for the show. But its sad how people that have never met her love to tear her down, call her a bitch etc, feels like misogyny/sexism, bet lots of presenters (like Ant and Dec) have a persona too and aren’t all joy off screen but they don’t seem to get the same level of hate.

I find her fake and annoying but as I haven't watched this morning since dc2 was a baby, I manage to avoid her most of the time.
