Mizzy (TikTok "prankster")

Are we allowed to talk about this young man's videos and the wider impact he may have on youth culture?

(Not sure as it involves ongoing legal issues, I believe?)

I don't live in London, nor do I watch TikTok, so the behavior of this young man, and the police's lack of action towards him, has really shocked me! How was he only arrested and fined AFTER becoming infamous online? How is asking a lone young woman if she "wants to die" seen as funny?

Given his notoriety, I'm worried he will lead to a load of copycats now Angry

ADHDDDDDDDBOOM he said he doesn't chat with his mum.

100% in London he’s going to ‘prank’ the wrong person . Hopefully sooner rather than later maybe then he will grow up a bit

He's only picking on "easy victims" though. Like the old lady he stole the dog from, the Jewish man he jumped on and the couple in whose house he just walked in. The owner of that house is a lawyer and would probably lose his job if he gave him a beating for trespassing.

He's a coward and I think only jail time will teach him.

BigMandsTattooPortfolio · 29/05/2023 15:29

I really wish a special corner of hell on people who target the vulnerable. It’s a particularly repellent type of cowardice.

Even the homeless target you. I get hounded by chuggers, the homeless and this week a car salesman trying to scam me out of the £750 extra motability money on a reduced end of line car, he said he wanted that extra, yet the website said I did not have to pay any extra and they had a deal on that car. It's the same with trying to get home repairs.

I end up not bothering with people, going out or getting things a lot of the time as a result.

Magnoliainbloom · 29/05/2023 15:38

Worry watching the interview he did with Piers Morgan last week after his court appearance.

Magnoliainbloom · 29/05/2023 15:38

**Worth - sorry!

Starlitexpress · 29/05/2023 15:40

He does seem to pick his victims very carefully, many are women and none appear to be 6*4 bodybuilders or scaffolders who have just finished a shift.

Not just him, he always has a few mates with him just to up the intimidation.

SirenSays · 29/05/2023 15:40

The amount of prank gone wrong videos out there, he's playing with fire.

Vitriolinsanity · 29/05/2023 15:44

I'd absolutely lose my shit if some unknown man got in my car, walked in my house or pretended to rob me. He'd be pulling bits of his mobile out of his pranky arse for weeks.

Before anyone says "aye ya would", I'll tell you about the man that let himself into our holiday caravan and made to nick our stuff. He thought he was home free until I dragged him off his bike, screaming like a nutter and belted him with my boot until other people came and he dropped our stuff and ran off. Nice bike, shame he lost it.

loislovesstewie · 29/05/2023 15:45

Shame the dog didn't bite him, hard.

StaunchMomma · 29/05/2023 15:48

It's not a London or Tiktok problem as he's the only one doing it. He's just a prime twunt who is so desperate for fame he's gone down the notoriety route. All press is good press, etc.

He'll be in jail very soon as he is prioritising more vids (which are likely to become ever more extreme) even though he is on probation for previous pranks.

Barold · 29/05/2023 15:49

Every time I hear about this tool I get so angry. It was particularly upsetting to hear about the old woman who’s dog he ran off with.

Agree with the poster who said he’s not a prankster, he’s a criminal. I cannot fathom how bursting into a stranger’s home and refusing to leave is not a serious crime.

He must pick his victims very carefully because, honestly, if he ended up in the home of somebody like my brother, he’d be beaten to a pulp. (And while I don’t condone violence generally, I actually think it’s fair game if you violate somebody’s home or vehicle - they don’t know if he’s going to be violent towards them or their family.)

Why would somebody do this shit?!

Tinkerbyebye · 29/05/2023 15:58

He’s in custody over the BH weekend as it seems his mother is as sick of him as everyone else and refused to have him bailed to her address

Hopefully it’s the shock he needs, but doubt it. Hopefully the judge sees how nasty he is and jails him

cariadlet · 29/05/2023 15:58

I'd never heard of him before opening this thread but he sounds absolutely vile.

PuddlesPityParty · 29/05/2023 15:59

@Barold indeed! I was thinking the same about how he picks his victims - like the dog he stole off the woman, some dogs could have a fear reaction and potentially bite etc.!

AnarchoTyrannosaurus · 29/05/2023 16:00

Hopefully he will meet the wrong person soon who will teach him an unforgettable lesson.

I only became aware of him when a link was given to him walking into a woman's house.

sweetdreamstenasee · 29/05/2023 16:01

He knows that he’s not actually going to rob/murder/rape but the person he’s targeting don’t know that at all.

How would it go down legally in this country if he entered someone’s home and they attacked him thinking they were defending their home and family?

When you’re put in a scary position you can react instinctively, let’s say someone knocked him out if he refused the leave their home, and he pressed charges, those poor people would have to pay the price for that and possible get a criminal record right?

Askil · 29/05/2023 16:04

If there ever was a case to investigate for ADHD, this is it. I've watched his interview with Piers and apart from the crazy stunts there's a slightly manic way to how he speaks. He doesn't seem inherently 'evil', but seems to thrive on the attention from these crazy impulsive stunts and lacks a good education. Even his mother is fed up with it all and he is estranged from her apparently.

loislovesstewie · 29/05/2023 16:07

The problem is @sweetdreamstenasee that eventually he might inadvertently walk into a home where one of the occupants is a huge rugby player and unafraid to take Mizzy on. He's relying on the goodwill of people who know that offering him violence will cause issues. But eventually he will meet a person who does react and then what? I'm not sure a person defending themselves would be charged because this twat is known for causing fear and distress. His reputation goes before him.

NeverDropYourMooncup · 29/05/2023 16:10

He's a twat.

And he will, one day, meet a very, very pissed off big guy and a sticky end.

ToeJammed · 29/05/2023 16:11

Sadly, the nasty twat isn't alone in this.
There's plenty of other tiktokers of the same ilk.
At the moment, there's a young tiktoker awaiting trial in America who thought her pranks were hilarious in a bid to find claim.
So hilarious that as I type, Emily Matiss is awaiting trial in America for smashing her car into an innocent motorist, killing him.
While the emergency services spent six hours trying to free the motorist from his absolutely mangled car, she continued to post tiktoks from her hospital bed, where she was with minor injuries. Giving the thumbs up and laughing etc.
Unfortunately, I don't think this criminal, and let's face it, that's what he is, will learn anything from this, even if he gets a custodial sentence.
He will probably see it as another notch to fame.
I hope he does pick on the wrong one and gets the battering of his life.

Amispringy · 29/05/2023 16:17

Not pranks, crimes

I couldn't believe piers Morgan gave him publicity

And the little scrote thinks we're all racist.

OriginalUsername2 · 29/05/2023 16:19

It won’t catch on as a trend. Everyone knows he’s delusional. Him and his friends are acting like they’re enjoying the hate and hyped up from it but it’s all defence. You can see this kid has massive defensive walls around him, no mother figure and no education in his “interview” with Piers Morgan.

toffee1000 · 29/05/2023 16:19

So many “pranks” these days are just completely unfunny and stupid, if not dangerous. I just don’t get it. The dumb stuff people do for “views”…

I think Piers is clever with his guests. He gets them in front of an audience and lets them embarrass themselves. It’s too easy.
