Cleaning up grim mess with DH’s towel?

My DH keeps leaving bodily fluid (jizz/sperm/whatever you want to call it!) in the shower so I have started wiping it off with his own towel and hanging it back up for him to use. AIBU?

It’s only a body fluid, and presumably one you regularly come into close contact with, just in a different room of the house? I can’t imagine being this embarrassed about jizz around somebody I was having sex with. Just tell him to rinse around the shower properly before he gets out.

He can clean up after himself, be it hair in the shower or whatever. I persume you are not his mum even though you said dh. Can't understand why you would do this.

Blurgh... I'd tell him to get back in there and clean it himself. Using his towel isn't an ideal solution, anyway, unless you never touch him. I wouldn't like the thought that he'd be using that nasty towel, then touching me afterwards. 😨

Seems a bit contemptuous masturbating in the shower and not bothering checking the water has rinsed it down the plug hole, instead just leaving it for your partner to clean off (who presumably wasn’t part of proceedings going by the OP). Also does he have no shame? Not saying masturbation is shameful but it’s a bodily fluid nobody else should be cleaning up. Menstruation is natural too but I’m sure he wouldn’t appreciate you leaving menstrual blood in the shower - which does obviously sometimes come out accidentally during a heavy period, unlike semen.

Just ask him to rinse the shower after use (doesn’t everyone do this anyway? He’s just being lazy Sperm or no sperm it always needs a rinse !)
